After trying non-surgical rhinoplasty and still disliking the appearance of my nose, I decided to go ahead with rhinoplasty. I could not be happier with my decision! I had my first consultation at the end of November and my surgery was in January. I had the best experience from my very first consultation to my post op review. Naveen was very informative, and provided me with realistic expectations. I was very nervous prior to my surgery and felt reassured throughout the whole process. The staff at the Cadogan Clinic were amazing and I felt taken care of. My aftercare was also great with no bruising or pain. If you are considering a rhinoplasty, I would highly recommend Naveen. I feel so much more confident and happier since having my rhinoplasty. My results so far are even greater than what i envisioned. I wish i did this sooner, and would go through the process all over again.

6 weeks ago I had a breast augmentation with Mr Cavale after previously undergoing a Pectus carinatum surgery which left my chest uneven and bumpy in the centre. After my procedure with Mr Cavale the result has made me feel so much more confident and the implants have disguised my insecurities whilst still having such a natural outcome. I had a rhinoplasty with Mr Cavale and it was a great experience from start to finish. He’s professional, friendly and does not rush you during consultations. Unlike some surgeons, he also doesn’t charge you for each additional consultation you may want after the first. My only initial worth is that he seems to mainly due breast work but after an open dialogue about this, I felt completely reassured that he was a nose expert as well.The operation went well. The Cadogan Clinic staff and facilities were great. I felt very taken care of and safe. Post op, the only issue I had was with the painkillers which made me quite sick. But in terms of the results from my nose, I am extremely happy. Mr Cavale is one to under promise and over deliver!

I have just been to my 6 week post op appointment with Mr Cavale. I had a septorhinoplasty and I really couldn’t be happier with the results. Mr Cavale and his team have been nothing but brilliant throughout. At the booking stage, Mr Cavale’s secretary Emily gave me excellent advice and was very well informed, she deserves my sincerest gratitude. The procedure went very smoothly, I was placed under general anaesthesia and given the maximum possible care afterwards. The whole process was done with the highest standards from the very start. The facilities is second to none with the an added benefit being that the hospital is at the same site. I highly recommend Mr Cavale for anyone who is considering having an otoplasty, You can expect exceptional results.

I could not recommend Dr Cavale enough! From our first meet he was confident he could help with making my ears less prominent and that he did. I used to look in the mirror and all I would see were my ears, to others not so much however, I did this surgery for me. The process was seamless yet, Dr Cavale always made it very clear I could contact him if I had any questions or worries at any point (I didn't need to in the end). Confidence in someone that is altering part of your body is very important, I can not recommend enough and could no be happier with the results. I can tie my hair up and not give it a second thought that my ears are sticking out, it is painful the first week but that is the procedure not Dr Cavale's expertise. Couldn't be happier, thank you!
