Not only was I quite contented with the results the staff was tops for customer care. Dr Alexandra Chambers is supported by a wonderful team. She explained to me the process and what I could expect afterwards in detail, then walked me through all the questions I had. When looking for treatment I did consider the overseas options, however after meeting Dr Chambers, I knew I made the right decision. They really are a lovely team, and are on call with any concern no matter how small.

i) All the staff were professional, friendly, knowledgeable and supportive. ii) The facilities are all well maintained, clean, and hygienic. iii) All of the information I received verbally or written was clear and concise. iv) All of my needs were met, and I would recommend this practice 100%. v) It has been a pleasure to be a patient here, and I have enjoyed my experience with the doctors and my procedure overall.
