I went in for surgery today.
I was expected to arrive at 12.30pm, I arrived at 11.15am.
at around 1.30pm the receptionist approaches me and explains that there has been an emergency and that my room may be a little delayed.
I wait until 2pm and then the general manager comes and tells me the same thing and apologies.
at 2.30pm I get called and get taken to my room by a male nurse. He asks me... more
I had a breast reduction with MyBreast and I cannot fault anything about them. From start to finish I have been really taken care of, my patient advisor is great and most of all my surgeon, William Townley has been amazing. For someone who hates doctors, needles and blood, I was very nervous about the procedure but Dr. Townley not only took the time to go through the whole process with me but... more
Ok so I wasn't going to write my own review but I thought that since other people's helped me so much throughout this whole process then I may aswell do the same.
I'm 24 and have wanted a reduction for years but the scars always put me off at first. I have had bigger breasts for as long as I can remember but I had just got used to them by the end, untill I went on holiday last year anyways!... more
So I'm writing this review because I'm just so excited and it's all that I can think about, and reading other people's reviews has really helped me through this process.
I have pretty much been uncomfortable with my boobs since I was 12 and they started growing twice as quickly as anybody else's, since primary school they have always been larger than all of my friends and I have always tried... more
I'm 19 year old and I've had very large breasts from being the age 11. I'm now currently 28GG-H I went to my family practice and they referred me to a surgeon and I've had multiple meetings with my surgeon since and I'm now currents waiting for a date!
I'm so scared but so excited at the same time. I've herd loads of different opinions on it. everyone's is trying to change my mind on it so I... more
Hi, I found this site a couple of weeks ago and thought I'd add my story. I've always been large chested, since having my 2 children they became even bigger and have never gone back down! I've breastfed both and do not plan any more.
Back in April of this year I approached my GP. I'm a size 34J and suffer terribly with neck and shoulder pain. My GP was in full agreement that I met all the... more
Unlike most ladies on this site, I had average-sized C-cup boobies through my teens, twenties and thirties until I started an early menopause. My hormones went crazy and I put on loads of weight, and my boobs went up to a G cup. The Giants moved in! I’m only 5’3” so I looked seriously out of proportion. Then came the chronic shoulder, neck and back pain, numb arms, massive uncomfortable... more
I am 28 and I have met the criteria to have a breast reduction through the NHS which I am so grateful for. My current bra size is 34f/g depending on the shop and I would love to be a Large C/ small D after the surgery. I am scheduled to have the op on the 8th October and at the moment am feeling excited and extremely anxious. This will be the first operation I have had and it does worry me... more
This is a bit of an odd review, as I was scheduled to have my breast reduction today, and ended up postponing it last minute - this website has helped me a lot so far in my journey, and I thought it might help others to hear my slightly different story.
First off, I'm 5'4" 36DD, 27 yrs old, and around 182 pounds. I've never liked having large breasts, and over the past 6 years I've really... more
I went to see Dr. Chambers to get rid of my man-boobs, regain my confidence, and peace of mind as it has been bugging me for 15 years. I had no expectations, but was quite happy with the consultation, and looking back now, it was straight forward. As for the procedure and aftercare, I give 10/10. Victoria looked after me really well, and gave me step by step guidance. The outcome was... more
I started developing breasts aged 8 and have always been bullied and mocked about my chest. im now a sixe 34G and they are so heavy and big I hate them. I think I need a reduction. just trying to get some feedback on what to expect. I am looking to go down to about a C cup if possible. anyone have any advice would be great! more
I was lucky enough to have my breast reduction surgery funded by the NHS. My 34FF breasts had been causing physical discomfort for years, not to mention all the unwanted attention I've received.
I hardly saw my surgeon (less than 5 mins in total) and spoke mostly to the registrars. Before the op, I said clearly that I wanted to go as small as is safely possible - for me, that realistically... more
Since I found this site a week ago I've been glued to my computer screen, I'm sure many of you can relate to that! :) I'll skip all the long details but as many others, mine developed suddenly and quite some time after my school friends, as I remember being jealous of their tiny bras when I had nothing to put in one! Skip forward a few years and I was in a club on a night out and i heard an ex... more
So, a breast reduction was always something I wanted, the unwanted attention from such a young age made me very self conscious. At 16 I remember telling my mum how I wanted one and got a good telling off. She told me "they're what nature has given you so leave alone" my mum is a lovely size B by the way, I was a C At the age of 11. By 16 I wore a G cup bra and was a 32jj until last week :)
I've wanted a reduction and uplift since breast feeding my eldest so it's been a 7 year wait. My breasts steadily grew larger and travelled further south during that time. Yesterday was op day! I was so anxious about so many things but I survived and am so far over the moon with the results :) Drains removed this morning and am now home recovering!
A bit more energy today but still... more
I was a late developer..I didn't develop until I was 14 years old and was never big until I has the depo provera a injection (contraceptive) after being on that go a number of years I quickly developed rather large boobs....I went from a B cup to an enormous H cup. Ok, so, I have been reading breast reduction and lift stories from others on this forum for ages and have finally plucked up the courage to add my own.
I have always had a large bust and developed at a young age. This coupled with being very sporty and not been talked to about what was happening during puberty (mother very prudish) left me scared and hating how my chest was growing and not... more
I am a 35 year old, based in the UK with no children. Have had larger than average sized breasts for as long as I can remember. I am currently wearing a 32K and would like to be approx a 32 DD after surgery. I have suffered twice now with bulging discs in my lower back, and there is no doubt that the weight of my breasts has added to this problem. Last summer was particularly bad as there were... more
For 20 years I have wanted this procedure. I am now 59 years old and have finally had it done. At 5'4'' and varying between a size 12/14 my 34F boobs were too heavy for me causing dents in my shoulders and back pain. I was unable to get treatment on the NHS and had to fund this myself, hence the long wait. I am now on day 2 post op and things are going well. Pain has been minimal and I can't... more
