Ok so I'm booked for a mastopexy on the 2nd April. I'm so nervous but so excited. My boob size fluctuated a lot over when I was in my teens and early 20s. At the age of 14 I went from pretty much having no breasts to being a 32 DD in the space of a month then they only got bigger in my 20s upto a 32G and then eventually after some weight loss went back down again. They are now a 34E and have... more
I was very insicure of my breasts as my weight had drastically changed twice. I went to aurora harley street for my concaltation.. straight away I had a very good gut feeling about the company. They seemed as if they genuinely cared. Ive had my surgery and couldnt be more happy with the results. So more
am feeling a bit uncertain. I was about to have breast lift surgery this coming Friday. Of course I was having the usual anxiety feelings- with 3 young kids, is it really worth it going for an elective operation under GA... etc. What hit home is when I went to buy a bra for my post surgery and realising I would lose a bra size (from 30 EE to 30 or 32 D) that hit come and made me... more
I will be having a breast lift next month after ongoing years of insecurities and upset over my breasts! When I hit puberty my breasts grew overnight to a large f cup! My weight has gone up and down over the years but my breasts are now deflated and rather than a 22 year old body i feel like i have the breasts of an old lady, they have a lot of excess skin and I have constant scratches on them... more
After weight loss my chest looked like one of a old woman. I am only 29 years old and it had come to the point where it was uncomfortable to wear bras due to 'folding' my breasts into it, I couldn't lean forward without the skin escaping and I couldn't wear any clothes that required you to be bra free. swimming was becoming more and more embarrassing as even costumes with internal support were... more

After having and breast fed three children I had contemplated having surgery for years but was terrified. I had had consultations with various surgeons but none of them inspired me or put my mind at ease in the same way that Gary Ross did. He listens advises and supports every step of the way and the whole experience was amazing. I had no pain from any of the surgery and despite warnings and... more
I am on day 6 post surgery and already very pleased with the results.
I had my procedure done at the duchy hospital in cornwall, prior to my surgery I saw 3 surgeons and as soon as I saw james I knew he was the right surgeon form me, he was friendly and profession and I felt that he always had time for me even when asking all the questions I had.
After 2 consultations I finally booked in for... more
Firstly thank you so much to all the lovely ladies that have posted and shared their experiences on this forum. It has honestly helped me so much in confirming my decision to go ahead with a breast uplift.
So, after losing about 3 stone I am really not happy with how my boobs have turned, i have lost the volume and perkiness that i ever had ( though admittedly they have never been... more
I researched Marc Pacifico extensively before choosing him to perform my mastopexy and thigh liposuction. Having lost a considerable amount of weight I was left with loose skin on my breasts and stubborn fat on my legs that I just couldn’t shift. Being a medical professional myself I had the advantage of being able to ask my colleagues about Marc – everyone had wonderful things to say... more
Hi everyone, I've never done a review in my life, but having been following everyone else's journeys religiously, I thought I'd put mine out there to! I'm from the uk, I'm 29, no children, 5ft 8, and weigh approximately 145lbs. I've been unhappy with my breasts for as long as I can remember, in particular the asymmetry, (my right is a cup size larger) but also my large nipple size and now more... more
Hi Guys I'm having my Op tomorrow, I feel so relaxed i just want to go to get it over and done with. I'm praying that i will have amazing results. My dream is to wake up with Perky Boobies. Right now i'm a droopy 36D, lost upper volume due to breastfeeding. I'm aware of Scaring coz i'm going to have Anchor Lift. I can live with the scaring it won't bother me. I'm looking forward to share my... more
Hi ladies, I have been following lots of reviews here on RealSelf and some have had amazing results. I am torn between the basic lollipop lift and the mini ultimate lift that Dr Horndeski is doing in Texas. I live in the Uk so a trip to Texas with Dr Horndeski will be so expensive so have to try and be 100% happy however there seems to be mixed reviews about the longevity of the ultimate... more
After having my twins 13 years ago and my youngest four years ago and having gained approx 56lbs each time, my tummy was stretched beyond all recognition. As I breast fed all three my breasts looked like a couple of spaniels ears and my right breast was almost two cup sizes bigger than my left...............
Having saved the £9,500 over the last four years, I finally had a breast uplift... more
I want to share my experience in the hope that it encourages others to take the plunge. MissIndigo has been a terrific source of inspiration and I hope she won't mind me mentioning her.
I will be 50 this year (and no, it's not a mid-life crisis) and I couldn't picture myself being stuck with these for the rest of my days. 20 years from now, maybe, but I'm not waiting to find out!
