I had to have PIP implants removed as threat of rupture but I was never happy with them from day one. As my previous experience wasn't great I wanted to go with someone recommended and Dr Frati was by my sister. Her results were great and I was very happy and confident to have the procedure. When meeting Dr Frati he puts you at ease straight away and was very sympathetic with the situation. He... more
Following my original breast surgery in 2006 where I was implanted with PIP implants, I was anxious to have them removed and replaced before they could potentially rupture or cause any harm. After doing much research, I found lots of positive reviews about Mr. Ross and his experience online. In my initial consultation with Mr. Ross, he listened very carefully to my needs and motivation and he... more
Hi there I'm new to this so bear with me ????
I had my 1st BA 10 years ago, I was 34a and had 280cc unders which took me to a small 34d. I was never happy with my result, the scar was in the wrong place about an inch above the crease and my boobs were too small, but after having my 1st 2 children, my new boobs were better than what I had. Let's be fair anything is better than an empty A cup
I had my 25 yr old breast implants replaced, but was unhappy with the results after swelling had gone down , one of the implants wasn't positioned properly , i can feel the edge of the implant and it has a dent near the cleavage , i went back to my surgeon firstly she said to leave it alone but after many persistence phone calls she decided to do a scar tightening but the problem is still... more
After putting up with asymmetrical breasts until my late 50's I decided to do something about it. I went to see Gary Ross at the BMI Alexandra Hospital and knew straight away that this was the Surgeon for me. He was very approachable, kind and understanding. We discussed various types of procedures and types of implants which would help to correct my problem. He also made me aware of a... more

James Mcdiarmid operated on me to correct a previous surgery.
I was very nervous & hesitant when I visited James at his office in Cheltenham.
I needn't have worried. He made me feel calm, relaxed and confident that I could trust him to give me what I wanted to achieve from my original surgery. There was no hard sell. He listened to me and understood how nervous I was about not obtaining the... more

Decided to take the plunge and went to the hospital group at Dolan park (uk) was quotes for uplift and small implant to take me back to a 34 E it would cost £5,500 if I booked a late space appointment (within 2 weeks) uses my savings and then arranged a loan... more
I had first breast augmentation 3 years ago. It's was always something that I wanted to get done since I was a teenager having small breasts made me feel self conscious about my shape. I have always been curvy but just never had anything up top. I went for a consultation in London when I was 20 and had my date for surgery booked I couldn't believe I was actually booked in. Time went so quickly... more
