I had always wanted 'boobs' having been a 32 AA all my life but didn't have the confidence to go through with surgery. Once I turned 40 my body image had hit rock bottom, I wouldn't take my children swimming as I thought people would laugh at me, I wouldn't let my husband see me naked as I was so embarrassed. I spoke to a few mums at school who had had breast surgery and one mum in particular... more

I'm 19 days post op and I'm feeling positive. I'm wearing my surgical bra 24/ 7 and my breasts are forming a great shape, I had no pain, no visible bruising, and I had such a lovely team look after me at Chelmsford.
I'm hoping that after my six weeks of this bra and the rest and care I have been advised will give me the results I want... more

After having two children, my breasts had somewhat disappeared so after a lot of consideration I decided to have a breast augmentation. When I initially had them done, the surgeon hadn't really listened to what I wanted, and they were far too big! A few months later, the same surgeon agreed to do them again, but unfortunately I was still unhappy with the result, he'd used an implant with... more

So today I went to London for my consultation with Dr Luc Vrambout for a BA hopefully mid November.
I'm 20 yo, 32A at present hoping to go to a big C, potentially a D.
Consultation went well, discussed that I would have to go under the muscle, and he suggested a round implant as less likely to move around. I am happy with his suggestions and has made me even more eager to book it up and get... more
Hi girls, I'm from London, I can't really find many ladies from the UK on this site, but that's ok! I've enjoyed reading about and seeing all your beautiful American and Canadian boobies, I've probably obsessively read every single one of your reviews :)
Well, my stats are that I'm 24, roughly 114lbs (we don't really go by pounds in the UK) and I'm currently a 32AA.
Ever since I was a... more
I recently had breast implants in London Uk by Mr Ragoowansi. I had 400cc silicone implants under the muscle which took me from a full A cup to a DD cup. I had my incision under my breast. I did initially want to go through the armpit but was constantly advised by UK doctors not to. I had an issue with the appearance of my breasts in the first place as I had lost a lot of weight, an there for... more

I had a breast lift with implants. My poor breasts started looking like a tennis ball in a tube sock! My biggest worry was nipple sensation and I guess that is always a risk with a breast lift but I had very little sensation loss and my breasts look so much better! Went from a droopy small C to a perky small D...under the muscle saline implants . I love them....would do it again without... more
