Dr. Bitner makes you feel like he cares about you not only as a patient but as a person. He is so kind and you can tell his very passionate about what he does. I would not trust surgery on my face with any other surgeon!

I had a deviated septum and went to several plastic surgeon's for consults to make sure I found the best doctor for my needs. Dr. Bitner is beyond smart if you look at all his credentials and has wonderful before and after photos listed online. After my initial consult I knew I wanted him to do the surgery. He is such a great doctor, really listened to my concerns and you can tell he really cares about his patients. He is very down to earth and will answer any and every question you have. I never felt rushed by him and he would explain everything so well. He also had to spend several months working with my insurance company to get the surgery approved which he stayed on top of and I was finally able to get my nose fixed!

I wanted a last minute appointment which the doctor cheerfully accommodated, so I had to wait till he was done with the prior patient. I still have to make my follow up appointment

He came highly recommended from a friend. I loved the staff there at Tanner Clinic in Layton, Utah. They were so helpful and answered any questions I had. I especially want to thank Jamie. She was so amazing and made the process so much easier for me. Dr. Bitner is a wonderful doctor and I highly recommend him for any facial plastic surgery. Thank you Dr. Bitner!

I met with 3 plastic surgeons and chose Dr. Bitner because he took the time to respond to my questions personally by e-mail before I went in and then took the time to show me pictures and answer all my questions when I went in.

I went to several consultations and Dr. Bitner is the one I felt most comfortable with, and I felt that his work was the best (according to photos). He is very professional and takes the time to answer every question and is available for any concerns you may have. He listens to your input and while he has his opinion of what would look best he ultimately goes with what you choose. He is a very attentive listener and I felt that he understood what I was hoping for and he explained clearly what was possible. I feel that I am in good hands and that Dr. Bitner does all that he can to achieve a desirable result.

I was a little nervous going in but Dr. Bitner and his staff were so professional and took such good care of me throughout the procedure that it ended up feeling more like a day at the spa. I was left with the impression that Dr. Bitner and his staff sincerely cared about my comfort and that the end result would look natural and give me the most bang for my money.

This was one of the most pleasant experiences I have had with a medical provider. I would put the cost and insurance, but this is private information. Dr. Bitner was exceptionally clear about the procedure (Blepharoplasty) I was to undergo. My vision was significant impeded by and I needed the surgery. I was evaluated by others, but felt that Dr. Bitner was the most thorough. He ensured I had a clear understanding of the value of the surgery, the potential problems, and answered all of my questions. Most importantly, he did not demean me or make me feel that my concerns were not important. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr. Bitner for anyone needing any procedure related to facial plastic surgery.
