I will update this again. I've had my story erased twice by trying to post photos so bear with me! Short: I was 34B, had kids, nursed, had a life in my 30s. Husband #1 left with younger woman so had a moment of panic and had 225 cc saline "unders" in my early 40s. What a mistake. I gained a few lbs and became a 34DD. I found a PS to take them out under local as I think general anesthesia is... more
I am 39 5'8" with silicone implants above muscle. I had them done last year in june. I used to be 36b-c cup depending on my weight and i was actually looking for a to lift my breasts rather than augmentation but i bought into the idea that implants lift your breasts. My breasts were not completely sagged but after 2 pregnancies and breast feeding i lost volume. I wasnt happy with my breasts... more
I have over a year reading your stories and this webpage as been a great support to me, now I am taking the courage to share my story which is the following:
I am 27 years old and did my augmentation surgery two years ago, I was originally very small breast size AA. I can say I was happy with my figure but in the back of my head I always wished I had a little more breast... more

I have under the muscle saline implants and about 3... more
I have had saline implants for six years and maybe liked them for one. I kept telling myself I would like them more if I lost weight, but I just realized I don't like them at all. So ironic since all my life I wanted big boobs. I miss running without two bra's. I hate exercising because I feel men are just watching my breasts. I don't wear revealing clothes because I'm a modest... more

Pros: I will be able to sleep on tummy again! Back pain is gone, hopefully chest discomfort will lessen with time. I feel like me again.
Cons: SMALL again, painful post op. Long term wait before final results. One breast is ackward/wrinkled but will fill out with time, hopefully.I'm uncertain of the... more
I had them for 13 years, two different sets, and kept getting capsular contractor. Got them removed and a lift done at the same time since I was a D cup with the implants.
No problems and happy I got rid of them! They look great now and feel wonderfully soft. Was an A cup before getting implants. Now I'm a B cup. Best thing I did for myself was get them out! more
