It's been one month since my breast augmentation procedure. I'm happy with the size and shape, though I would consider going slightly larger. Part of the reason I would consider going larger is in the hope that the gap between my breasts would be minimised. Changing sizes would cost a great deal of money, which I'm hesitant to go through with. Are there any alternatives? Do you think they are too far apart? Any honest advice would be greatly appreciated.
From your photo, it is difficult to assess them given that your arms are up. I would continue to allow your implants to settle and for your skin to stretch. From your photo, I think that your implants will be very well positioned.

With a chest size of 36, each 20 cc's of implants will be 1 cup size change. If you are an A and added 400 cc's, you would be a C. C is certainly a normal range and would look natural. However, implant size is NOT the only factor to determine the appearance of the breasts. The position of the breasts on the chest wall is just as significant. A sexy look required the implants high on the chest wall with the nipples centered. Without photographs, it is not possible to tell you whether just an implant will be enough for you to give the look you desire.

I am 10 days post op. I was a 34 A bra size pre op and received 440 saline implants moderate plus profile under the muscle. I also received a small mastopexy with this. He said he wouldn't need to remove that much skin. What will my new cup size be ? I am 5 ft 4 in 115 lbs.
Great news, you have had your breast augmentation... now what. After you have allowed enough time for your implants to settle you should go to have yourself fitted. Choose your favorite bra shop and have one of their professionals find the right bra for you. If you go to several different locations, don't be surprised if you are different sizes at each. Since there is no standard cup size they vary by manufacturer.
