I would give Dr. Motlagh 100 stars on here if I could. I had a thigh lift and a partial body lift and I am extremely happy with the results. Dr. Motlagh is a very kind and considerate doctor. He cares for his patients and it shows. Before I went in to surgery, my parents were a little nervous about me having surgery and Dr. Motlagh talked with them right before I went in and put their minds at ease. Also, his staff is so amazing. They are sweet, kind, and willing to help you any way they can. I would definitely go to him again.

Arm Lift
He is amazing - he has a very positive attitude and caring nature. He will at least try to fix the damage done by others I haver been to two other plastic surgeons and Dr. Motlagh is by far the best. He is the most caring and strives for patient comfort. He even gives in to my quirks, which I appreciate. The last plastic surgeon caused several problems and I am having Dr. Motlagh repair the damage. I trust him immensely. He already fixed one problem caused by another surgeon and did a superb job. I also plan on having Dr. Motlagh fix my legs and repair the tummy tuck damage from the last surgeon.

Thankfully, I found Dr. Motlagh in Tyler who is so phenomenal and unbelievable. He repaired the double butt or back butt by carefully removing the bulging tissue. He also did the liposuction which gave my back a very pleasing look. He is absolutely amazing and I am thrilled by the results.

Breast Implant Removal
I visited several in the Tyler area and in Dallas. Doctor Motlagh had such an amazing bedside manner and took the time to listen to my needs not letting ego get in the way. His staff has been great in answering my questions however silly they may seem. He wasn't the cheapest by any means but I have piece of mind. I will share pictures of the masterpiece he creates. In the OR yesterday Dr. Motlagh held my hand until I went under which was only the blink of an eye but what a comfort that was. Thank you Doc

Liposuction
Found him at a seminar he funded. This was a highly traumatic experience & he didn't seem to care. When I went back in the Dr. didn't seem particularly concerned and offered no explanation. I would never go to him again. He didn't even do a very good job on the lipo ( my stomach is lumpy) but I wasn't going to let him touch me again ever!

I tried several other local Doctors before going to this office. Once I saw my results, I was hooked! I've been going to Tyler Plastic Surgery to Dr. Motlagh for over three years and have been amazed at my results! I have botox and juviderm with "Doc" and have done several microderm abrasions with his esthetician. Dr. Motlagh takes his time to answer all your questions, and he and his staff are all very personable, professional, and kind. I tried other physicians before finding the best, and I can say that there is a huge difference in results, even though other offices would say their products were the same. Dr. Motlagh is trained in the best techniques to achieve optimal results. I recommend this office and staff 100% to anyone who asks me, and everyone I've sent has raved about their results also. Try it and you'll see too! I just went today - my cost is below for both botox and juviderm (well worth it!) AND they signed me up for a discount club, so I received $75 off my visit today with the points earned from prior visits!

If I hadn't felt the entire office deserved a 5 star rating on pre-surgical care I would have kept looking for a surgeon. Because both Dr Motlagh and his staff were so caring, responsive and professional I felt safe committing to the procedure. Their after care was as good or even better than the pre-operative responsiveness, they make you feel as though you're the only patient. I think Dr Motlagh did an unbelievably good job for me and I felt totally confident from the first visit. He and his staff are personable, patient and professional. They answered all of my many questions and addressed my fears but above all I felt I was in the hands of a medical professional that would do a good job for me and never take chances with my safety. I got that and then some in the over-all appearance after my surgery. It definitely hurt, but it was well worth it. While I think I'm done with liposuction I will definitely use Dr Motlagh again should I decide to make future improvements. It was the best $14,000 I ever spent.

referral from a doctor i curretly use for mudane pedestrian illnesses. i give a 5 rating because the entire experience not only met but exceeded my expectations. i was apprehensive to say the least but everyone from dr motlagh to the office staff and med assistants was helpful, friendly and patient with my endless questions. i would say if you re considering any proceedure,start here.

I shopped around for the right doctor for me and based on a number of things chose Dr. Motlagh. I went to two different consults before choosing my doctor. Dr. Motlagh had a wonderful bedside manner, which is a huge reason why I chose him. Great doctor and staff.

After speaking with other doctors in area I chose this Dr. due to the time he took to explain everything, his concern for me and his excellent reputation. Will always choose Dr. Motlagh. He truly cares about the patient and their life. Staff is awesome. Love love love this doctor. I have sent several family members to him for various procedures. This is a doctor that you can trust.
