Okay so I got my surgery done 2 weeks ago and am not real happy with results.. I went from 270 cc's saline to 450 Saline and am in the same bra size; i am going back for a revision and am not sure what to say?! Do I stay with saline?? I want to at least result in a D cup.. I started out with a complicated situation. I had moderate asymmetry in my breasts(2 different sized breasts). My nipples were at different heights and not pointing in the same direction. I had breast revision surgery 1 month and 3 days ago. I had a capsular contracture of my right breast and had the ps do a second lift and replace my 430 cc saline implants with 475 cc gel implants. Now the swelling is going down on right breast, but still looks too high or my nipples look uneven. I just can't tell or my actual left breast looks to be saggy in a way. What do you think? more
