Zeltiq (CoolSculpting) to Treat Fat On Upper Outer Thighs?

I am thin with localized pockets of fat on my upper outer thighs. Is there a handpiece with which Zeltique could address those ?

A: Zeltiq fat coolsculpting can treat many areas

Generally speaking, the hand piece for zeltiq can treat any fat bulge that you are able to grab between your two hands about the size of a hot dog.  If any area of the thigh has enough fat distribution then the Zeltiq will work.  I would stay away from treating areas near breast tissue as that has not been studied to my knowledge.  It has been such a fantastic technological development to be able to treat localized fat bulges non-invasively.

How Much Does CoolSculpting by Zeltiq Cost?

How much does it cost to get fat reduction with Cool Sculpting?

A: Zeltiq fat coolsculpting is a great value

In the Dallas Fort Worth metroplex the cost usually runs $750 per area about the size of hotdog.  The larger treatment head, which we offer, is a better value if your body will accommodate it which is $1400.  It treats at about twice the area in just one hour.  Our patients have been very happy with their results.  This is not an invasive procedure and no major risks involved.

Fraxel Laser (Which Type)? Thermage Or a 'Feather-lift'?

I'm 37 years old - in great shape, and overall, I have very good skin, both texture and tone, and no wrinkles, however, I'm noticing some jowling on my jaw-line that is really bothering me. I want to get the tight jaw-line back that I had in my twenties. I'm considering all 3 of the above possibilities. I know I'm young for a surgical lift, but, I'll consider that route if it's my best option. How much can Fraxel or Thermage really do for tightening of the jaw-line?

A: Facial Rejuvenation for early aging: Fraxel, Accent, Thermage, Radiesse, Sculptra

I am a dermatologist and 41 years old.  Personally, I have had Thermage to help combat the same issue.  It is a great treatment to help be proactive and keep our collagen firm, thus minimizing the jowls.  Accent is similar to Thermage but requires more treatment though less painful, cost is the same.  Radiesse and Sculptra are both great fillers to help restore any volume in the cheeks so the jowls improve as well as filling in around the jowls if needed.  If you have our usual Texas sun spots, you might consider 1-2 treatments with Fraxel Restore.

Good luck!  We'd be happy to treat you if you are up for a road trip to the DFW area.  We are 5 minutes from DFW airport.
