HI, so im 16yrs old and im pretty chubby i have slightly large breast ,and i started growing at a early age, and i have noticed my breast were sagging around 15 is there any way i can reverse the process or is implants(later) a better answer, my breast sagging is GRADE 2 according to the chart
Breast shape can vary dramatically and having a particular breast shape does not necessarily mean that the breast "sags". In this world of standardization, many women often think that a given breast shape is what they should have and that their own breast shape is somewhat abnormal.
Fortunately, there is a great variety of breast shapes that fall within the normal range, and breast shape continues to change over time. Weight control, exercise, and proper bra fit will contribute to a healthy breast.
Reshaping a breast that has some mild "sag" can be done with relatively smaller surgery and may be indicated once the breast has stopped evolving and has achieved a stable shape for at least one year.
I am 33 years old and done having children. I am considering having a breast lift done but am concerned with how they will turn out after surgery. Ideally I would like them to be lifted and rounder. I am currently a size 32D-DD and dont feel like I want to add more sizewise, but I worry that if I do not add an implant that I will be left with flat looking breasts. I would like to not have the T shapped/lollipop scar, is that an option for me? Will I need an implant?
A full breast size in the D to DD range with firm breast tissue can produce a beautiful breast shape with excellent upper pole fullness without implants.
We commonly use the breast tissue itself forming an "internal bra" (this procedure was also referred to as "laser bra" in the past) suspending the breast with multiple sutures and forming a full and supported shape. With abundance of breast tissue to work with, implants are not necessary and a natural, round shape can be obtained predictably.
If a further increase in upper pole fullness is desired later, fat transfer can provide an excellent means of further increase and control over cleavage as well. The scar pattern is dictated by the exact shape desired in the end.
I didn't know I had tubular breast when I started looking into options I just knew I didnt look like other girls and i was very self conscious about my body. The doctors that I have seen have suggested a breast lift instead of implants since I am not concerned with my size just my shape. I would like to do the surgery now but have not had kids yet. Is this advisable? I would like to wait about 2-3 more years for kids.
Women affected by tubular breast shape may see a significant improvement with relatively less surgery by opting for breast reshaping via fat transfer. Although large size changes are not achievable with a single fat transfer session, correcting breast shape with a combination of release procedures and volume change with fat transfer can very effectively resolve the problem.
With a fat transfer procedure, some of the problems determining a tubular shape can be addressed, particularly if external expansion via the BRAVA system is also used.
A breast lift can interfere with breast feeding and should be carefully considered if pregnancy and breast feeding is very important
