First time Rhinoplasty. Dr. Lopez performed the procedure on a Monday, and I was back at work that same Thursday on no pain meds. From start to finish this surgery went flawlessly. Extremely happy with results! Very little pain. Minimal swelling. Turned out better than I expected. Pre-op and post care were excellent. I'm a Registered Nurse and Dr. Lopez has an excellent reputation in... more
After years of contemplating a "nose job" and getting 4 different opinions, I finally found a specialist that I could trust to do the operation. He was a great listener, had a vision for the changes that I wanted, and delivered fantastic results! It is such a major decision to alter the look of your face, but I assure you that Dr. Lopez is the only surgeon in town that I would choose for a... more

I asked my parents for one but they discouraged me as a teen. I decided to wait until I could afford it and I finally did it!! My issues were with how large, wide, and bulbous the tip was. It has enabled me to do a lot of things in my life and although i have dealt with it at times I know I am not the person I am because of it. I sometimes feel wherever i go people... more

I got my nose done because I did not like the wide bridge and the bulbous, ski slope tip. Also, as I am aging, my cartilage had begun to separate at the tip.I am not sure of all the pros and cons just yet. I guess one pro is that the bridge is narrower. For the cons see below.I am 7 weeks post op and am noticing that my nose curves to the left right under the bridge. It then curves back to... more
