Post-Pregnancy Procedures
I strongly believe that mommy makeovers aren’t “one size fits all.” For that reason, all mommy makeovers performed at my San Antonio plastic surgery center are highly customized to each patient. In your free consultation, we’ll work together to identify the areas you see as most problematic. From there, I’ll devise a treatment plan to address your concerns so you can meet—and perhaps even surpass—your aesthetic goals. A mommy makeover will often involve a combination of different surgeries, such as tummy tuck, breast enhancement, liposuction, Brazilian butt lift (BBL), arm lifts, and/or skin tightening. Combining surgeries eliminates the need for additional, separate surgeries, which saves you a considerable amount of money and time. Breast Surgery
Since founding my private plastic surgery center in San Antonio, Texas, I have performed over 10,000 breast enhancements and earned the nickname “the breast doctor.” I offer you real choice when it comes to breast enhancement options, including saline breast implants, silicone gel breast implants, shaped implants, gummy bear implants, and liposuction with fat transfer to the breasts. At your free consultation, I will walk you through what type (and what size) of breast implant will help you achieve the look you desire. Additionally, you can look through images of previous patients, and can try on breast implant sizers to get an idea of what looks best to you. Along with augmentation, I also specialize in breast lifts, breast reduction, and corrective breast surgeries. Further, I can help you with inverted nipple correction, reduction of areola, male breast reduction, and pectoral (“pec”) implants.
Skin Tightening
I provide a range of skin tightening and body contouring procedures at my plastic surgery center in the great San Antonio, Texas area. These include various forms of lifts—including thigh lifts, arm lifts, breast lifts, body lifts, and face lifts—as well as tummy tucks. The approach for all the aforementioned is nuanced and will be tailored specifically to your body and your aesthetic needs. The general idea, however, is to remove excess skin and fat deposits to create a smooth, slim, contoured, youthful appearance. Additionally, I offer non-surgical skin tightening treatments such as InMode BodyTite and FaceTite, as well as SkinTyte Laser by Sciton. After completing his undergraduate degree at the United States Military Academy, West Point in New York, he obtained his medical degree from Tulane University School of Medicine. From there, Dr. Young completed his residency in general surgery at Brooke Army Medical Center in San Antonio, Texas and then a fellowship in plastic surgery at Beaumont Army Medical Center.
Dr. Young returned to Fort Sam Houston, where he served as a plastic surgeon and consultant to the burn unit at the Brooke Army Medical Center. There, he served as the chief of plastic surgery and performed various major reconstructive procedures. In 1990, he retired from the army and opened his own private plastic surgery center.
Since then, Dr. Young has established himself as one of the most recognized plastic surgeons in San Antonio, Texas. Having performed more than 10,000 breast enhancement procedures, he’s also earned the nickname of “San Antonio’s breast doctor.”
