“CoolSculpting 4/16/12 - Dallas, TX”
I'm 5'7" and 120lbs. I am fit, work out 5-6 days a week with a mixture of running and weights. I have always had a pooch and can't get rid of it. I had the small one done on my lower belly. The procedure was a bit more painful than I expected. The nurse put the contraption on and it made me feel nauseous. It soon went away with a little controlled breathing and especially after my stomach went... more
“I hope it works! - Plano, TX”
So I finally gave in and got Coolsculpting done yesterday. I am having a wedding in about 3.5months so I hope to see some great results before then! I will definitely update this as the weeks progress. I am a 23 year old girl, in fairly good condition. I work out on average, 3 days a week. I eat fairly healthy, and I am 5'9" and 154lbs. In highschool/middle school I was extremely athletic,... more
“Coolsculpting in TX, Abs and Love...”

Did my sides first and... more

I was wrong in believing the md office and Zeltiq rep. that there wouldn't be any downtime. I had it done one day during my lunch break and felt fine during the procedure-I even fell asleep! When they removed the handpiece, I experienced... more
“Much More Painful Than I Anticipated...”
I'm a 52-year-old, tall and slender except for tummy and love handles. I had both areas cool-sculpted seven days ago. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, but not painful. (However, when they originally put the tummy clamp on, it was very painful around my navel. They had to take it off and reapply it in a slightly different spot.) Afterwards, no problems on the love handle spots,... more
“Zeltiq-just Had It Done Today -...”
I got a coupon so it was only $1000 for both inner thighs. The attendant put a cool wet gel like cloth on my thigh and attached the device for one hour. I didn't think it was painful at all but I can handle pain well. When she took off the device my skin was very cold and stayed and the shape of the device. The attendant massaged it down. I didn't feel and tingled, it just felt... more
