Breast Augmentation with Reduction
After breastfeeding 3 kids. Last one being for 18 months. On top of losing 50lbs I lost a lot of volume in my breasts. I call them “balloons that have been left outside in Texas heat after a birthday party”. I could fold the bottom skin to the top. I got my procedure done yesterday March 13. 455 cc Mentor MemoryGel smooth round ultra high profile is what I got on both breasts. Dr. Raphael also did some fat reduction before putting in the implant. I will post updates

Upper Bleph and Laser Amazing Results
I started my journey with Dr Raphael over 20 years ago with breast implants and lipo. He has since done body and face work for several friends and family members and has always done excellent. I had upper bleph and C02 laser and am so happy with the results. He is caring and does amazing work.

25-2-2025 I want to give an extremely accurate description of my experience and healing process so my review will probably be in pieces. I am now 2 months post up and the first 8 weeks were HEAVY. I was really swollen and my emotions were going up and down all the time. Because i wasnt sure if i was going to like my results but like i said i am still healing and it has enormously changed in the past 2 months and im super excited to see what the future holds. So far im super happy.

Dr. Raphael has actually done several surgeries on me. He was recommended by a friend. I started with lower face lift, neck lift, and breast implants, as I had lost volume due to weight loss. My next surgery was a total body lift, and removing loose skin under my arms. i still have one surgery left(legs). I wanted to do legs with my body lift. Dr. Raphael asked me if I wanted it done or I wanted it done right.I chose to have it done right. Which is why I still have one more surgery

Dr. Raphael is amazing. He answers all your questions, has wonderful bedside manner, and his staff are warm and friendly. I certainly believe I'll be coming to him in the future for other procedures. 3 days post-op rhinoplasty and breast augmentation - kind, professional staff
I actually went in for Breast Augmentation, but decided to throw in a Rhinoplasty, I had seen several this Doc. had done, he came in pre surgery set at bedside and went over everything again, the entire staff were professional and kind, did not rush me. Updated on 2 Mar 2022: almost 2 months out.love it, when I finally put on make up it will be perfect feel, not too much, I dont think people who knows me will realize what I had done, which is exact what I wanted.
