Dr. Setty is the best! 9 years ago he revised my botched breast implant surgery. He listened to what I wanted and the results are beautiful! 6 weeks ago I returned to him for a tummy tuck, liposuction on my flanks and BBL. I am still early in the recovery process, but the results are already so impressive! Doctor Setty is an excellent surgeon with the gift of artistic precision. He and his nursing staff have a very good bedside manner, which is very important to me. I have a small wound on my incision that they have walked me through how to care for, which included extra visits. They have inspected, cleaned and treated my wound. This has given me peace of mind, and it is healing nicely. I trust and highly recommend Doctor Setty.

Dr. Setty is absolutely awesome. He and his entire staff are so genuinely kind, knowledgeable, and professional that I can’t rate them high enough. My experience from my first visit until now at six weeks after surgery has been great. There isn’t a question that Dr. Setty or his primo nurse Erin could not answer in full. Dr Setty was my seventh consult. I had a capsular contraction that needed to be removed in 11 year-old implants. Five out of seven doctors refused to do the surgery in one session. I went to highly recommended surgeons in Dallas. Dr Setty is the best of both worlds. He has experience but yet innovative ideas and carries the latest products. Once I knew I wanted motiva implants and I wanted a mesh lift, that narrowed it down. He prepares you for everything from nausea medicine, to pain medicine, surgical tape, healing supplements before surgery. You are extremely prepared. The best part of my story is when Dr Setty went in for surgery, he was expecting to find my 11 year-old implants under the muscle ( I was told by my first Surgeon they were through the muscle, maybe he was trying to say he invented Kylie Jenner technique lol). To Dr Settys surprise, they were actually above the muscle. So unexpectedly, he had to clean out the pocket, get rid of the capsular contraction, close it up and create a new pocket below the muscle. All with doing a lift! I am so happy that I did all the research and was very particular because this was not just a regular breast argumentation. So ladies, hope this helps, learn from me. Don't just go with doctors with the best over the top social media accounts. 6 weeks out . 10 out of 10 for this complicated case!

He is excellent! My seventh consult for fixing a capsular contraction and replacing my implants after 11 years. He is so professional, knowledgeable, and down to earth at the same time. He uses innovative techniques, the best new products. I feel like with Dr. Setty you get the best of having years of experience and old school knowledge with someone that keeps up with newer techniques. Glad I waited for him, my difficult procedure was even more challenging once he got in there. My original surgeon told me my implants were below the muscle. Total lie! To Dr. Setty's surprise, he found out they were actually above the muscle, so he had to completely clean out that pocket, fix capsular contraption, create the new pocket and he did my lift. Not to mention fixing the scars. The lift, he created more cleavage, he was only doctor that offered to put material in at an angle verses what any other Dr would do traditionally (not all of them would even use strattice or the one he recommended (he uses both). Plus the aftercare and the instructions are far more detailed than I had the first time. 10 out of 10 recommend Another selling point to Dr Setty, out of my first six consults two of them refused to do this procedure at once, they insisted on staging, and these are well-known plastic surgeons in Dallas, with far more social media platform. I made the best choice, and want to help so no one has to deal with what I went through first time. Ask questions, be informed-oh and I recommend motiva implants! If any doctor says they don't use, you may want to look into WHY or if they are not able to use because of their qualifications. Hope this helps!

Dr. Setty is by far the best surgeon I’ve ever encountered. His attention to detail, precision, and professionalism are unmatched — his work is truly perfection. The anesthesiologist took time the night before surgery and day of surgeryto walk me through everything with calm, thoughtful care, which meant so much to me. Hello.. NOT a review leaver here! BUT… Dr. Setty truly is the best!!! (6 weeks post op) Dr. Setty and his team have truly helped me regain my confidence after having my first baby! I went into the consultation pretty dang sure I would need a breast lift (in addition to an augmentation) after breastfeeding. During the consult Dr. Setty informed me that an augmentation alone would be the best option for my situation (since I wanted more kiddos in the future) and I am so thankful for his transparency! My breasts are so much fuller and perkier even without a lift and they look so natural. Dr. Setty and his amazing team were so kind, down-to-earth, knowledgeable, and warm throughout the entire process. They made the entire experience so comfortable and gave me so much confidence going into my first surgery. The procedure itself was affordable, recovery was easy and the results were phenomenal. I definitely would recommend Dr. Setty to any postpartum mamas out there!
