I bought a groupon for 1 IPL photo facial. I expressed to the assistant and dr. Siegel my concern about being burned as I had in the past. Both assured me this positively would not happen. Guess what! At least it wasn't on my face! Too soon to tell if the treatment is a success. He said I may need more treatments on my dark spots. Maybe, but should I go back to dr. Siegel? more
Had IPL treatment 11/18/11 (purchased thru Groupon). Terrible burns about 1 inch long all over face and neck. One month later 95% gone on face, but the ones on neck are still there. Be very careful when considering this treatment. more
My experience was very painful and so far I am extremely worried about my possible results. I have gotten new blemishes and my old ones are just as dark as when I started. I had a series of IPL teatments on my face and upper chest. My skin, especially around my lower neck/upper chest had permanent redness to it. The IPL took most of the redness out with the first treatment. The second treatment got the rest of it out. My skin color looks great. It was worth it for that reason. It did not make any difference that I could see for fine lines and wrinkles. more
