“Postop 1 1/2 Months, Right Silicon...”

I had to replace both of my saline implants due to a rupture on the right with silicon. Both breast looked even at first and now after 1 1/2 months post-op, right is lower and smaller then left. I may be a little paranoid after the rupture. I know its more difficult to notice a leak in a silicon implant, but has anyone experienced this? I had 11 year old saline implants exchanged for round moderate plus silicone implants. One side had shifted upward and I just felt it was time to replace.
