Being 45 and having an 18 and a 21 year old, it was hard to keep telling people I just hadn't lost my baby weight yet. My experience was good. I got up at 5;00am for a 715 surgery. Checked in, saw my doctor, got anesthesia. The next thing I know, I am in recovery getting morphine. Three hours of surgery. I went from a 38H to..I don't know yet. Day two wasn't bad, i trouble with nasea, and threw up for the next five hours after surgery on day one. I had No drain tubes!! I went for my first PS consult April 30th, 2012 after seeing my gyn. The PS sent all the paperwork into insurance to see if I would be approved for the BR. I was a 36DDD (at least), 5'3 and around 165lbs. Went on vacation and enjoyed my summer. :) Heard back from the PS after July 4th holiday that insurance approved and had my BR on Wed, 8/1/12. I decided to get a reduction because of back and shoulder issues. The prep for surgery was short, and the surgery was about 2 hrs. Unfortunately I got a blood clot in my lungs after the surgery, so I had to stay in the hospital for 4 days. My healing is really slow, but they say I am bleeding more because of the blood thinner medicince for the blood clot. My boobs look great though.Hey... more
