I'm a Breast Cancer Survivor! I had Chemo Therapy and a double Mastectomy several years ago. And, after having gone to several other consultatons with doctor's who specialize in Breast Reconstruction Surgery I went to a consultation with Dr. G. By this time as you might imagine I was really missing looking and feeling like a woman and, I was ready to have the procedure done and, get on with the rest of my life. I felt all of the other doctor's I met with were quite capable but, I also wanted to feel a connection, I wanted to feel like the doctor and his staff really cared for me and about me. When I went for my Consultation, I was greeted by Jennifer (who I had spoken with over the phone to schedule my appt). She is just as sweet as can be and, I instantly felt welcomed. I waited for only a few minutes if that in the lobby and, then the Patient Care Coordinator, Dora introduced herself, and welcomed me to the office and led me to the exam room. We chatted for a few minutes and, I felt like I was talking to a friend. She stepped out to get Dr. G. When Dr. G walked in the room, I instantly felt at ease. He had a warm and compassionate demeanor about him. He also welcomed me to the office and he listened. He listened to me talk about what I'd been through and now that the Cancer was gone I desired to feel and look feminine again. He explained the different breast reconstruction procedures and techniques in terms I could understand. He answered my questions and addressed all of my concerns. He then showed me before and after photos of other ladies in my same circumstance. He examined my chest and let me know what kind of result was possible for me. I felt self-assured in his abilities as well as his warmth, caring and compassion towards his patients.

I have used Dr. Paul Gill for several procedures over the past few years; most recently a bi-lateral breast lift. I was referred to him because after extensive weight loss I needed someone that had skill and expertise in post weight loss surgery. The results are truly amazing. He is an extremely skilled surgeon that also maintains an excellent practice with an incredibly caring and considerate staff. The patient care and follow-up is remarkable. Breast Cancer is a long journey, with many decisions to be made. I am so thankful to have Dr. Gill as my surgeon. He has always been honest and calm when describing surgeries. I could call the office and get answers fast. His staff is excellent too! The care I received before, during, and after surgery was superb! I really appreciate his expertice. I highly recommend him.

love love love Dr. Gill. I found him by doing research on the internet. My sister had her boobs done by a different doc and I was not impressed by him so I went searching for someone new! Dr. Gill is a wonderful doctor. I would recomend him to everyone.

When I met with doctor Gill I knew right away that he was the perfect doctor for me. He is very down to earth and I felt comfortable with him immediately. He was the first and only PS I met with because I felt so comfortable with him and I loved his before and after pictures of his previous patients. Dr. Gill and his staff have been highly professional and caring during this season of my life where I was diagnosed with breast cancer and needed a mastectomy. He and his staff, from the first meeting, helped me feel at ease and answered all my questions about reconstruction options. His staff took care of coordinating with the hospital, the other surgeons, the insurance company superbly. At his office, I always felt like I was their only patient since they take such a personalized approach to patient/staff relationships. I'm 4 weeks post-op and am very happy at the way Dr. Gill cared for me in the hospital, answered my family's questions while I was still sedated, and how he came to visit and encourage me each day. I was a nervous wreck trying to find a doctor to perform the operation that I had been wanting for years, but as soon as I walked into Dr. Gill’s office- I knew I had found the doctor I was looking for. Between the atmosphere and the staff, I immediately felt comfortable. Dr. Gill listened to what I wanted, gave me his recommendation and then explained everything in detail. My surgery was perfectly executed and post-surgery was just as I was told. I have never had to wait in a crowded office for my appointments and have never had such great after-care. Dr. Gill is very personable, which is rare now days. I could never have expected a better outcome that what I received. I strongly recommend Dr. Gill and his staff and I will definitely be back!

If I ever needed to undergo surgery again I would most definitely go see Dr. Gill without a second thought! Recently, I had a mastectomy and needed to have breast reconstruction surgery. I was referred to Dr. Gill and was very impressed with his entire staff’s professionalism, friendly, and compassionate attitudes. Appointments were always very quick with several follow up calls making sure everything was going well with me before, during, and after the surgeries. Going through such a traumatic experience Dr. Gill was able to put not only me but my family at ease along the way. If any of my family or friends needed plastic surgery I would refer them to him.

when i first met dr gil, instantly i knew i will make him my surgeon,he friendly and very professional,he explained everything to me about the brest implant,i have been to other doc b4 but whn i met dr gill i felt as if we've known each other for a while,He is careing and he's always there whn u need him,he's down to earth,honest and very reliable,my brest implant came out really good,i am thinking of having tummytuck which i've already discuss with him and i knw he's going to do a great job,i will always recommend dr gill to people,friends and family members,he has great personalities too.

Dr. Gill has a great bed side manner, so many Dr.'s are arrogant, and never seem to have time for you. He took his time,and made sure I understood what he was going to do. Since never having botox before he said he would rather be conservative and do more later if needed. I thought that was really nice, because so many don't think about that, and just think about the money. That speaks alot about a person. IT TURNED OUT PERFECT!..I LOVE IT! He said it would take about a wk to see the results, but literally the next morning, I could see a difference, and the next two days even got better! Also, his office staff helped me with something that had nothing to do with my being there. They went completely out of their way to help!

Over the past 15 years I have watched so many people in my family and long time friends that I have known lost their lives to cancer and the devastating things that came with it also effected their loved ones. About 2.5 years ago I had my first mammogram in about 10 years...not a good thing. They found a lump. I immediately had a sugeon and that surgeon introduced me to Dr. G. I have had many doctors throughout this experience of growth in my LIFE...yes, I am a survivor!! My BEST doctor of all is Dr. G....when I met him he assured me that "WE" would get thru this and "I" would be a survivor. He never forgot about me, he always checked on me (did not matter time or day of the week), he did research and had discussions with many other doctors so that he could be the best he could be for ME!!! I love him and his staff like they are my own family. When Dr. G told me that "We" would get thru this...he meant every word of that promise to me. I would never recommend any doctor over him, he does awesome work, he has an amazing bedside manner and he is very giving and caring for his patients - not because they are his patients but because he actually cares about his patients. I am a survivor and I owe so much of my survival to Dr. G not allowing me to get down and give up. God brought him to me in one of the biggest hurdles in my life and because of it, I am still here...THANK YOU GOD for Dr. G.

I interviewed 5 doctors in the Houston area. I choose Dr. G because in addition to seeing the great results of other patients, he made me feel the most comfortable about what I wanted to do. After listening to my questions and concerns, he explained everything thoroughly and honestly, and I felt that he truly cared about what I wanted. His staff is also great, very attentive and caring.
