I founded Dr. Cortes in YouTube and then Realself. He has the most educational videos in Youtube. I also could not find anything negative about him. I have no regrets of having my surgery with the best buttock augmentation surgeon in the United States. I search endlessly online and I founded Dr. Cortes in YouTube and real self. He has a lot of educational videos in YouTube that help me understand almost everything about the Brazilian butt augmentation. I search hundreds of pictures and the most dramatic changes were Dr. Cortes. You can tell by looking at his gallery that he understand the hourglass figure. I also looked Dr. Jimerson and Dr. Samala and I think they are both good drs but their results were not as impressive as Dr. Cortes. In addition Dr. Jimerson shows many patients with dressings and Band-Aids after surgery this means that showing results that are very early after surgery is not a realistic expectation. I talked to many drs and base with my conversation with them your buttock will look much larger due to swelling and fluid and inflammation early after surgery. Then the buttock will shrink down. Dr. Cortes actually came to see me a few times at the hotel. His staff was wonderful. Janiris his wife was very caring. I can’t believe my transformation right now I am so happy with my results.

I choose Dr. Cortes after doing a very thrill research online. The thing that impresses me the most are his before and after pictures. There is a change in the patient body and proportions that is 'sunbelievable!!! I search other Dr's in Florida but many of the patient look actually very good even before the surgery. So you can expect a good result after surgery. I guess is the Miami diet LOL. I look for somebody that shows work close to my body shape and skin tone. Also every time I went to his clinic he was busy and I always had to wait a little. This was very different from other local plastic surgeons that were empty when I went to visit them. As a matter of fact I called a plastic surgeon office in Houston and they refer me to him. WOW!!!. If a plastic surgeon refer me to Dr. Cortes that must be that he is good. and they were correct... I will post pictures soon.. need to ask my honey...

Customer service was superb! Results were amazing! I highly recommend Dr. Cortes. I have done thorough research and even considered going to Colombia and to Mexico for my procedures until I came across Dr. Cortes. His before and after speaks for themselves. Words could never detail the deep appreciation and admiration I have developed for Doctor Cortes. I feel like a work of art! His surgeon hands are those of a sculpture and for the first time in my life I pass by the mirror and do a double take, taken back by the fact that the body in that mirror is mine. Is that hour glass figure mine?? Yes, it is! I wear things now I would have never worn and the ugly tummy tuck scar I originally had, left by a nightmare experience I had with another doctor, is no where to be found. All that is there is a thin line lower than my bikini line! More importantly, though, Dr. Cortes is such a caring surgeon. I got three procedures done –breast, tummy tuck and my arms, so needless to say he was going to get a lot of questions. Not once was he unavailable and even saw me on a Sunday when I needed him to ease my fears about the healing process. Dr. Cortes was FANTASTIC! My husband and I were very worried about the breast augmentation procedure. What if they they didnt come out right? What if they were too big? Or not big enough? What if something happens to me? I was sooo nervous! Dr. Cortes was so cool and laid back about the whole thing that it made me feel calmer.He answered all my annoying questions and was always so pleasent. I am now 5 months post opt and I feel AMAZING! I look so great in my bras! (A 32D looks much better than a 32A!) My incredibly picky husband who is more into natural breasts even loves them! Dr. Cortes was always very friendly, and always answered my questions. Shortly after surgery, my drain became clogged; Dr. Cortes took the time to come to the office and help me on Easter Sunday. I thought this was great. The only reason I did not give Dr. Cortex an Excellent rating was the billing/payment process. It turns out the hospital and anesthesia people charge separately if your surgery runs long. Dr. Cortes' office did explain this, but the hospital/anesthesia people really hassled me. That dampened my overall experience a little.

I really don't have a reason why but I can say he is the best him and his Nurses are there for you PRETTY much 24/7 and if you ever need anything they will get back to you ASAP. Not only that Cortes will answer any question that needs to be answer in a professional manner. I heard about Cortes from one of my friends, who actually was getting them done, I went with her to one of her appointment and got to talk to him a little bit, he was very nice. When it came to the financial Jeniris was VERY HELPFUL. She was there by my side until I got approve. Not only that she was there and there Nurse was there when I needed help with anything what so ever. I thank them for everything I'm not sayin it changed my life but it did let me fit in to my clothes like I couldn't before, because working in a High End Fashion place you need to dress nice not only that you don't want the clothing around your breast area to be all loose, I finally got ride of my Victoria Secret DOUBLE the cup size PADDED bra and now I'm Just wearing barely there bras. I researched for a doctor about 6 months it's hard to make a decision like this. After consulting with Dr. Cortes my mind was made up that I had chosen the right doctor for my surgery. With a friends advise, I finally took time for me. Dr. Cortes came highly recommended for artistry and attention to detail. He took the time to listen to what "I" wanted. He explained in detail what he would do, how he would do it and why. And most importantly, what to expect for "MY" body type. He made me feel comfortable. (And that's important especially when your standing there butt naked! Talk about awkward! Lol) He has a great bedside manner and "very funny"! (Not so good 1st post op visit... I had a consult with Dr. Cortes who was professional and courtious and assured me that he would do his very best to revise the oringinal procedure. Dr. Cortes worked extremely hard during the procedure and took the time needed to ensure excellent results. I wish Dr. Cortes was a practicing surgeon during the time period that I had my original surgery. I would not hesitate to chose him for all plastic surgery needs. After researching the internet websites like realself, youtube, Texas state license board for complaints etc. It was determined Dr. Cortes was one of the top 3 highest rated down southern and closer too where I live. I was not happy staff give the wrong appt location and greeting was not friendly but over all Dr.Cortes and his office manager have been a great help! Dr. Cortes has the best results of every surgeon that I searched and went for consultation. You can tell he has a clear knowledge of the fat transfer surgery. His results are just PHENOMENAL!!! The way he transform women is crazy.. My recovery has been a little slow. I don't feel too much pain but mainly soreness. I am still swollen and bruise. Some areas feels hard. Dr. Cortes told me that this is all normal and it will get better. He inject 1000 cc in each buttock. I am wearing a girdle all the time and this helps me with the swelling. I have not sit in two weeks but is not has bad as you might think. The staff was very helpful during the recovery process and they call me constantly to make sure everything was going well. I am glad that I stayed overnight at the outpatient surgical center. The nurses were very good. One nice thing that Dr. Cortes does all the time, is to give his patients a video diary and pictures during the whole process so you can see your transformation,progress and share your experience with family and friend. I will recommend Dr. Cortes to anybody without hesitation.

Over the last couple of years I did my research and came the conclusion Dr. Cortes was the best option for me and needless to say my overall experience from the first visit to the surgery, the results, I absolutely LOVE my boobs! He had the best pictures both on his website and from people posting here. I could not find anyone online with a bad word to say about him. I think he takes more fat during lipo than most doctors, but that requires an overnight hospital stay that is not required with most doctors.

I found Dr. Cortes in a radio ad and went to his website. I was impress with his photo gallery. I went to see him in consultation on a Saturday morning. Yes, he offer Saturday appointment!!! This was very convenient for me since I travel a lot. From the moment I met him I knew he was the plastic surgeon that I wanted to correct my breasts. He explain in a very easy and logical way what was the reason of my problem and the steps to correct it. He told me that I needed to have a breast implant exchange and a lift at the same time. There was a huge gap between my breasts particulary when I was laying down. He said that he will fix this by creating a new pocket for the implant to avoid any displacement. I underwent 4 hours of surgery because of how difficult it was to correct the breasts and lift them at the same time. My results are very good and I am so happy. I feel so good. Dr Cortes is amazing. God bless his hands.

I learn from my initial consultation with Dr. Cortes that not everybody has the fat to acomplish the desire results and sometime you have to gain a little weight before surgery like me!!!. I have no problem with that. Ha, Ha.... I researched hundreds of pictures online after finding Dr. Cortes in realself. I read a lot of the blogs which really helped me with my decision in choosing him. The pictures that I used to compare surgeons results were the actual before and after pictures in the surgeons websites. Be carefull basing your decision on pictures that are posted in blogs because you can make a butt look bigger depening on how close you take the picture, light, angle etc. The before and after picture taken at a dr. office are standarize and always taken from the same distance, light etc. In this way you can appreciate the results better. I also learn from Dr. Cortes that the skin tone is very important when it comes to results. If you have a poor skin tone then your results might not be the best. Thank god my skin tone was good. I actually gain about 10lbs before surgery. Dr. Cortes injected about 900 cc of fat into each of my buttock. I can tell that Dr. Cortes loves his job and he does not do it for the money. As a matter of fact I was going to pay him in full the day of my initial consultation but he refused. I was shocked!!! but he told me to gain weight first before the surgery because he wanted to get the best results. If I could not do it then he would not do the surgery. I only was able to reserve my day with a $500.00 deposit. This really make me comfortable with him after reading of so many patients unhappy with their results in realself bloggins. He set my expectation taking into consideration my skin tone, size that I desire among other things. He also told me that because I have some excessive skin in my belly that I will need a tummy tuck in the future. The BBL procedure improves your proportions and buttock size but if your skin is not tight you will need further procedures to accomplish a tight abdomen. He also told me that he inject 1000 cc of fat routinely but that you have to be carefull. More complications arise the more fat is injected. There is a higher chance of the fat dying, fluid collection among other thing. In addition I notice that some surgeons present patient with before and after pictures after injecting supposely 1200-1500 cc into each buttock and the patients were thin. He told me that if a patient is thin that is not possible. I also asked him about the chances of having to get a second round of fat injection if I did not like my results. His response was that either the patient did not had the amount of fat for the desired butt before surgery or the surgeon did not do a good job. He never had to bring a patient back for a second round of fat injection!!! He did say that some time he might need to do some lipo to even some areas but that this is normal in any liposuction procedure. This really make me feel great. I don't wanted to spend additional money in a second surgery. In general my experience with Dr. Cortes was wonderful. He is the best.. You only have to look at his before and after pictures to see the work of a talented sculptor. Not only I go the projection that I desire but also the hourglass shape. What else can I ask?

Dr Cortes was very genuine. He seemed to care about my wants and concerns. He patiently answered all my questions and I had A LOT. I've followed several of his patients and I think his work speaks for itself. I was first concerned that he would not go as big as I'd like due to photos on his site. After following current patients I see he gives each person what they want as long as you are realistic. I also like that his before/after pics show real results due to him taking them once swelling has gone down.

Dr. Cortes is very confident and innovative in his surgical approach. I feel that I have made the right decision in choosing his office. We are on the same page as far as what my expectations are and what he can and is willing to do. His staff has been great so far, that means alot since you deal with them quite a bit.
