Thank You for so much of your time and care. Making the decision to have the breast augmentation was a very difficult one for me. I am a thirty seven year old, professional woman and I feared of looking like a clown. Your reassurance and surgical touch made it worth it. You picked the excellent size and shape for my body structure, THANK YOU! You also got rid of that “12 year old” look I had. My breasts have never looked more natural, healthy and just down right pretty. You can’t imagine what that has done for my self-esteem. Thank you for being a wonderful surgeon and changing my life!

Dr. V and his star studded staff take professionalism to a new level, I had an excellent experience. He sets the standard, I traveled from another state, and although moving to the other side of the US I will only return here. I lost a great deal of weight and needed what I feared was extensive work. Upon a friends recommendation, I came to see Dr. V and had a viel lifted from my eyes. Dr. V and his staff knew my questions before I did. They took the time to hear my story, assess my needs, and together helped me make the decision that was best for me. Dr. V doesnt just operate on you in the hospital, but makes you feel like the hospital operates around you. I was confident and excited and could not be happier with results. Dr. V doesnt make you look like someone else, he just brings out the best you. Hes a gem and he has changed my life. Dont hesitate

Dr.V, thank you so much for the beautiful work you did on my body. This has positively been a life changing experience for my husband and I, and has really boosted my self confidence. I knew well before the consultation was over, that I wanted this phenomenal doctor to do my cosmetic surgery. During the consultation I could see and feel the passion he has for his profession. He knows exactly what it takes to sculpt a body. Dr. V is very honest and matter of fact. He not only listened to and respected my questions and concerns, but my husbands as well. He and his coordinator help put any fear and anxiety that we had about the procedures to rest. The quality of my care before and after surgery has been awesome. His staff is one class act, too. What a difference it makes when you walk into a doctor’s office and you feel like part of the family. They have never hesitated to answer any questions or help you when you bring a little one with you. I'm definitely referring family and friends. I have been blessed with the best cosmetic surgeon in this great state of Texas! Once again, thank you Dr.V and staff.

I had such a wonderful result with my procedures. He is such a perfectionist and very skilled surgeon. I have seen my girlfriends' procedures look like botched up jobs and I truly cannot believe that they went for price and not quailty of the surgeon. They look horrible and two of my friends had to go back for repairs of the scars that healed wrong from the improper techniques that the other surgeons did. Please go for experience and skill of the surgeon and not let the cost be a factor! You will end up paying more if you do choose that!

I’m so glad I ended up in your O.R.! I appreciated your patience while I struggled with every single detail. You were the only surgeon’s office that I didn’t feel like a number I felt like a patient and a friend. You and your staff made me feel very confident. Dr. Vitenas and his team were awesome. Made me feel very welcome and were highly professional. I was very confident in the quality of his work before going in, and I believe that my post-op recovery is a confirmation of that. I would recommend anyone to him if they are considering breast augmentation. PROS: Stitchwork is excellent (Inframammary incision, no puckering, or gaps, no stitch removal) Recovery was a breeze- didnt even need pain meds but had them, i was able to lift arms overhead right after surgery He chose a good size to make me proportionate CONS: If you are looking for a doc to baby you and give you lots of emotional support, Dr. Vitenas isn't really like that, but his staff do provide that aspect of it. They are always happy to answer questions. For me, I was more concerned with a doc who was gonna do a kick ass job - and he did. So I guess not too much of a con for me, but might be for you. I should mention that he does not give much of a price break for revisions. So discuss that with him if that is a concern before you have surgery done. I didn't mind his no-nonsense way and really appreciated his high quality of work. The quality is after all what matters the most in the end.

I had breast augmentation with Dr. V six weeks ago. I'm very happy with the results. He is a professional and takes his work very seriously. Will continue to see him for more fine tuning! His office staff is great and very responsive. They talked me down a couple of times prior too surgery when I was getting nervous and were very patient with me.

5 star rating for a 5 star practice! My Botox experience with Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery was phenomenal! From the moment I walked in the front door the front office coordinators kindness went above and beyond. The nurses and patient coordinators were amazing and so patient in answering all my questions. Dr. Vitenas was so calming and gentle; he made me feel very comfortable and at ease throughout the entire process. I am extremely confident in the outcome of the procedure with the expertise that Dr. Vitenas has with the placement of the Botox. I look forward to future appointments and highly recommend Vitenas Cosmetic Surgery to everyone for ALL your cosmetic needs!
