Q: Breast lift type for little upper breast volume?

My preference is the LeJour technique, although I have used others too (Graf and Hall-Findley) with about the same results....looks nice and full up top for 6 mos, and then goes down.

If you have firm breast tissue and aren't desiring a large breast, you may be able to get some decent and long-lasting upper pole fullness. Othwerwise an implant is the only reliable method in my opinion.
