I can't say enough about doctor Rock he has made me the happies I've ever been. I no longer have shoulder and back pain or neck pain and not to mention that my breast looks like 2 gorgeous rubies. I would refer Doctor Rock too anybody whose looking for a breast reduction.

I had consulted with 4 doctors total including Dr. Rock. He was the most informative on letting you know the history of implants, risks, research he does, etc. I ultimately chose him for multiple reasons but two big reasons stuck out. He wasn't going to do something just because I asked. I already had fairly large boobs and I had two kids. I wanted my boobs to be lifted and perky again without the "enhanced" look and get rid of some fat on my sides underneath armpits. All 3 other doctors were going to lipo that fat out and 2 of them said to do a lift.Well Dr Rock with his knowledge says the boobs are going to be bigger/perkier so that fat most likely will go away because of that (guess what! it did!) and the need for a lift was not needed after he did his measurements; now he did say I could do a lift but his recommendation was not to as it's a lot more scarring. He said a way to emulate a lift after the implants if I wanted is to do a crescent lift so the nipple comes up a little higher.Again, lastly the second top reason is his care for his patients! He requires a few more things to be done for surgery, his bedside manner, his after care, his follow-ups. I can't say anything bad about the experience!

Dr. Rock does amazing work. He is very caring, professional and definitely a perfectionist. He explains everything in detail to you. I had a breast lift and implant removal. The pain was so minimal almost non existent. I was pleasantly surprised. I definitely recommend him.

DR ROCK IS THE BEST! I loooove this Dr! He is so thorough and explains everything to you clearly and honestly. I'm 2 days post op from a tummy tuck and I'm healing well. I would def come back for any other surgeries if I want something done. I had good vibes from Dr. Rock since my consultation, he spent about 2 hours explaining everything and answering my questions. I had another option to go with a cheaper surgeon, but I didn't feel like I would be in the best hands. Thank you Dr. Rock!!

Dr. Rock truly is the BEST in Houston!! He’s so caring and takes his time to thoroughly explain everything. I think he spent 2 hours with me at my initial consult - something not every surgeon would be willing to do. I had my augmentation with him 2 weeks ago, and he’s been nothing but kind and responsive throughout the entire process. He’s humble and a perfectionist (something you want for a cosmetic procedure). Absolutely no regrets about going through with this! I’m so glad we chose the size we did. I think they’re perfectly proportional and can absolutely pass as natural, which was my goal. Updated on 23 Oct 2024: Adding a few before photos for reference, since I know that was super helpful for me as I did my research. I started basically flat, very little tissue left after nursing and pregnancy (times two!). Knew I wanted a fuller look but still quite believable! Updated on 14 Mar 2025: Title says it all. They have settled into place and look great! Still happy with size, though I probably could have gone down in profile, but they’re still believable. Dr rock is still amazing. He’s been so helpful and offered to do additional work on my scars, which are taking a while to fade (likely due to pushing 40). So happy I did this for myself Updated on 7 Aug 2025: They have settled in really well! Loving the size (I could have even gone down a profile), but I still find them believable. Love how squishy they are! No regrets here! Dr Rock continues to be amazing and provides a lot of attentive care.

Dr. Rock is one of the most patient and compassionate surgeons I have ever encountered. He takes the time to explain everything to you thoroughly and step by step. In his office, you feel at ease and never rushed. Dr. Rock prioritizes safety above all; he would prefer to postpone a procedure than risk anything unsafe. Moving forward, he will be my surgeon for all procedures.

Dr. Rock is a great doctor! I interviewed several top rated doctors before deciding on his services. I really liked how down-to-earth he is and his great bed-side manner. He is always informative, patient, and never pushy. I wasn’t sure about what service to do based on my desired outcome, but he narrowed it down to a few options giving me the pros and cons of each and realistic expectations. He also took ample time to review my previous procedures as well. He and his staff are very responsive and accommodating. dr. rock is amazing!!! from my consultation all the way to post-op he has shown me nothing but kindness and great hospitality!! he is very informative and does an awesome job guiding you through your surgery journey!! if i ever needed another surgery i would 100% go back to dr.rock over and over again!! miranda (his receptionist) is awesome too!!

My experience is always fantastic when I see Dr. Rock for a procedure. He is professional, precise and what I like most is that he is considerate of my wants. He listens, will talk you through any concerns you may have and is more than happy to thoroughly answer any questions you have. When I started seeing him for Botox, I had deep “11’s” or a heavy scowl and other injectors and doctors were quick to use filler in that area when they couldn’t smooth that area both Botox. Dr. Rock has always been able to treat those deep creases with Botox with his expertise and placement. Miranda who answers the phone and checks me in and out is also always sweet and great!
