I was looking into CoolSculpting for some time, and finally decided to do it. I found Dr. Chiang's contact info on RealSelf and contacted her to see if I can get an appointment. I am a frequent business traveler and I needed to be in Houston area for few days. Dr. Chiang responded promptly and was able to get me an appointment during the week I was in the area. Consultation went well, and I was very pleased with very precise explanation of what to expect during the procedure. Everyone in the office was very kind and sincerely carrying. I enjoyed the experience and I'm now starting to see the first results as well. Dr. Chiang followed up with me the next day to make sure I felt well. I highly recommend Dr. Chiang's office for their integrity, genuine care for patients' wellbeing, professionalism and expertise.

I enjoyed meeting Dr. Chiang. She helped me assess my wrinkles around my eyes. She explained the difference between fillers and Botox. She took her time to evaluate me and I felt she gave me a treatment that specifically addressed my concerns. I went to her because I heard a lot of positive feedback from friends and having been to her both for general dermatology and for Botox/Fillers

First of all, in any doctor's office patients like to be treated with respect and care, and at Dr. Melissa Chiang, I personally found what I was looking for, a very respectful, caring doctor, and most importantly a good listener. Besides, I like a doctor who cares about my budget and who does not try to lure me to spend more. I will definitely ask for more services because she is a trusting doctor.

Dr. Chiang took time to understand what was important to me. I didn't want obvious changes but I wanted an improvement. I never felt rushed and when it came time to do the procedure she made sure I was comfortable. Several of my closest friends have gone to Dr. Chiang as well and girls night out has never looked better.
