I am curious if a thigh and buttock lift would improve my cellulite. You can only really see the cellulite when I flex my rear end, so I'm thinking that pulling the skin tighter might make it look better? Please tell me what you think.
Although there are limitations to any procedure. Younger patients seem to do the best, as do those who have not had as much damage to their skin from repeated weigt gainand weight loss. Some photos at http://www.drlomonaco.com/forwlp.htm
What are my options for permanently getting rid of cellulite on my arms and thighs? Already tried cellulite creams and massage...none of which worked. I am willing to do an anti-cellulite medical treatment if its safe and works.
There are some procedures such as Endodermologie that provide temporary improvement but once they are discontinued the problem usually recovers. Removing the loose skin will flatten areas out.
Radio frequency devices will also temporarily help the problem but not completely. Fat re-injections are often inconsistent, and in most cases liposuction may make cellulite worse. Consult with your physician about the pros and cons of any treatment
