I Hear There Are Different Types/brands of Sil. Gel Implants, Which R the Best Ones & Why?
There are currently two manufacturers of silicone breast implants in the United States that are approved by the FDA. They are Allergan and Mentor. Both manufacturers make different sizes, shapes, and styles of implants. They are all safe and the decision as to which to use depends on the surgeon and the patient. They all use medical grade silicone, and there is no proven correlation between breast implants and cancer or immunological diseases. Being a foreign material, implants can cause foreign body reactions such as capsular contractures, or infection which can occur anytime the skin is violated.
I am 24 years old. I am now a 34B i have wonderful curves and backside, however I am not happy with my breast size. Is there anything that i can do to increase my breast size without surgery?.. if so would the side effects be dangerous?
I do not have any recommendations for increasing your breast size to the extent that you want without breast implants. I would definitely not recommend injections of any kind to your breasts. Saline or silicone implants are safe and will be the best answer to what you are looking for.
I'm 18, 5'1", 112 lbs. I'm naturally a B cup and I'm considering saline breast implants to become a D cup. Should I go for under or over the muscle and would it cause the chances of the implant to rupture more one way?
If you are presently a B cup and want to be a D cup, then breast implants will most likely help you achieve your goals. I suggest either saline or silicone implants, placed underneath the muscle. With your height and weight, I would recommend implants in the order of 390 to 420 cc's would probably be about the right size to achieve your goals.
