I waited 15 years to have breast augmentation and finally decided it was time. I was not even an A cup and decided to have them done. After spending an hour trying different sizes I went with Mentor memory gel silicone 550cc. I am very happy with my results so far just anxious for the healing to end.
Feeling much better today than I have been. I went back to work after 4 days and think... more

Excellent staff workers. I noticed after a month of surgery that my right breast was much smaller than my left.. I thought that my left was still swollen so I went to see him and he told me that they're still adjusting.. So after 3 months I went again and told him the concerns I had about my breast being uneven .. His response was " that nothing is perfect " and I know but that's what plastic... more
My initial review of Dr. Layton was very high. I went in for a breast lift and Dr. Layton informed me that implants would be a better option. Within a year I had formed a contracture in the right breast. This is extreme hardening and tightening of the scar tissue in the breast that is very painful. I asked him what we could do. He suggested surgery to break apart the contracture, so I paid for... more
My BA process went extremely fast, which I'm very thankful for considering the long wait would have driven me crazy. Plus, I already knew what doctor I was going to use so I didn't have to spend much time shopping around. I had my first consult on Friday and my surgery the very next Thursday. Even after trying on the various sizes multiple times, that was my only concern. As most people... more
Im 5'5 and 150lbs, and I'm a small 34B now and would like to be a full D. My PS suggested I go with 490 cc and actually wanted me to go bigger but I decided to stick with the 490. The nurse told me I will probably be a full D small DD after all is said and done. Anyone else go this big and had any concerns?

Well...I've not posted a ton on here, but thought I'd put it out there...my surgery is tomorrow and I'm sooo anxious!
I used to have beautiful breasts, pre breastfeeding three babes. It is sooo worth it! Don't get me wrong, my children are my everything - but- what used to be a full gorgeous symmetrical pair of D breasts...is now a sad deflated barely A and AA asymmetrical pair. :( it's to... more
Being the only female in a household of boys growing up, I was not blessed with an abundance of feminine mannerisms. My body build blended well with my siblings and served the era of surroundings to my benefit. As I grew older, my desires and passion to be seen as a lady intensified; however, body build did not concede to the change. I was constantly chastised and laughed at by my peers and... more
Dr. Casso and his staff are very professional. I chose him based on personal referrals and my own research. Prior to meeting with Dr. Casso I had quite an extensive list of questions regarding my procedure and he was able to and spent the time answering each and every one of them.
