Which Breast Lifting Technique Would Be Most Suitable? (photo)
I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics
A: Vertical liftThanks for your question. I believe you need a vertical "lollipop" type lift to both elevate the nipple-areolar complex and tightening the lower pole of your breast.
I Am 5'10, 130lbs BWD is 14. Would HP 500-600cc Be Right For My Flat Chest? (photo)
I've had 5 children ranging in age from 11yo-10 months. I breast fed the last 3 for approx. 9 months each. I am a very FLAT A34/36 cup. I do have a little bit of sag. My waist is about 25 hips are 37. I am wanting to have breasts that resemble Jessa Hinton. If you google her you would see pics. I am thinking that because of my height and frame, I should go with an implant ranging from 500-600 cc's silicone, HP under the muscle. Would appreciate your opinions. Thanks
A: Large implantsThanks for your inquiry. You are an excellent candidate for breast augmentation, but like many of the other surgeons who have posted in response to your question without an exam it is difficult to know if your tissues can handle such large implants. Please seek the opinion of a board certified plastic surgeon.
Do I Really Need Mastopexy on Top of Different Size Implants For Asymmetry? (photo)
Hello, i have been to one surgeon who has suggested me to have a breast augmentation with mastopexy on my right breast, because of the position of my nipple, She says if i don't get it done, the assymetry will still be there with two different size implants, and it won't look nice and i won't like the result. i was against the mastopexy (which she plans to do around the aerola) because i am scared of having scars...she suggested 150-200cc but i think i am going for 200-300cc would it be too big?
A: Breast asymmetryThanks for your inquiry. I agree with your plastic surgeon that peri-areolar mastopxy would improve your result and symmetry. The scar generally heals well. Good luck.
