Can I Get Laser Resurfacing w/o Sedation?

I do not want any sedatives as I don't need any. I heard a doctor around here wouldn't even do it without patient being sedated. However, have heard of some that just use local anesthesia with an OPTION for sedative or iv sedation. Please let me know if this is absolutely necessary. I really don't need to be sedated in my opinion (as long as I am pain free with the local)

A: Sedation for laser resurfacing? Absolutely ! We do several cases of fractional C02 per week on aggressive settings with proper blocks and tumescent anesthesia, and all patients tolerate well

Best Skin Resurfacing Laser for Hispanic Skin?

Hi I want to know what tipe of laser is recommended it for hispanic skin to get rid of smile lines just that area thank you

A: which laser for hispanic skin

I would say no laser for darker skin.  You are likely to emerge with both wrinkling and hyperpigmentation.

I would reccomend dermal fillers only.

Best Laser to Reduce Facial Oil/sebum?

I have overactive sebaceous glands such that my face is extremely oily beyond tolerance. I was told that a certain laser might help. Problem is there are many different options. Please provide me with a detailed and accurate suggestion.

Thanks {edited}

{by Britt, please do not post in all caps it looks like you are yelling and against community guidelines, thanks}
A: oil production

I would highly suggest you consider low dose accutane as lasers might be dissappointing for you and less predictable.
