Don't Want to Increase Size, But Want to Gain Fullness During Breast Lift, Do I Need Implants as Well? (photo)

I am 33 years old and done having children. I am considering having a breast lift done but am concerned with how they will turn out after surgery. Ideally I would like them to be lifted and rounder. I am currently a size 32D-DD and dont feel like I want to add more sizewise, but I worry that if I do not add an implant that I will be left with flat looking breasts. I would like to not have the T shapped/lollipop scar, is that an option for me? Will I need an implant?

A: Upper pole fullness with breast lift?

We can achieve upper pole fullness with a central pedicle breast lift, but in your case, the anchor incision will be necessary. This is a trade off between improved shape and scars. As you mentioned, an implant or even fat grafting can enhance the upper pole of the breast as well, but will increase breast size.

If I Am in Good Health, is It Safe to Have a Breast Lift and Liposuction During the Same Surgery?

I am considering a breast lift and liposuction to the arms, flanks, and abdomen. I received a consult and the Dr said it should be no more than 6 hrs under general anestesia. Does this sound like two many procedures at once?

A: Can I have a breast lift and liposuction at the same time?

Combining multiple procedures is safe as long as your surgeon is Board Certified and the facility is accredited and certified. Benefits include the fact that you will only have one recovery period and the cost will be less than doing the procedures separately. The most important factor is that it can be done safely. To increase the safety profile surgeries are limited to no more than 6 hours in length and liposuction is limited to no more than 5 liters.

Can I Get a Benelli Lift to Acheive a Small Lift but More Importantly a Reduced Aerola?

I've had my implants for 2 years through crease. Even before surgery I wanted my aerolas reduced but doc suggested implant would make overall appearance better. I still want the aerolas reduced and was wondering if by performing the benelli lift I can obtain a slight lift enough to move aerola a tad bit higher; nothing extreme, just slightly. Most important to me is to reduce the aerola in size. Also, do I need to be put to sleep for this procedure? Thanks

A: Procedure to lift and reduce my areolas?

A Benelli breast lift or circumareolar breast lift is the ideal procedure to decrease the size of the areolas, make them more symmetric, and provide a mild lift (about 2 centimeters). The procedure can be performed with local anesthesia with or without sedation.
