I have looked into Brazilian Butt Lift but its way too much money. I read about some pills called Dime curves that supposedly give you a bigger butt.

Butt implants in the muscle and above the muscle are excellent ways to augment the buttocks. SOme people are candaidates for fat grafting as well. Please consult your Plastic Surgeon.

I'm 5' 7 38-30-39 148lbs... My doctor only feels he can lipo 1.5 liters so at best I could get about 300 cc per cheek....sure my waist will be a little better but will my butt look any fuller with lipo to the abdomen, lower back, and flanks?

300 cc is a medium size implant. Saying that, if your taller and needer an implant i would choose something bigger if you want a bigger effect. Make sure you look at pictures of women your build . And also remember, fat does die and multiple sessions maybe needed!

I'm lookig more for the shape than the size but since a certain amount of tranfered fat will be obsorbed will the shape continue to be the same?
THis is hard without pictures. In general, Implants improve shape the best when combined with liposuction of the back, gluteal crease and fat grafting over the implant. Fat dissolves and so will its results. You can expect anywhere from 20-70% resorption of fat , thereby losing projectiona and shape. Liposuction may haelp to "shape" areas but also may change during weight loss, gain or during resorption
