I exercise , mostly running. I have recently had a tummy tuck and breast augmentation. but I am so unhappy with there appearance of my butt and thighs. could this be fixed (made to have a smoother appearance) with plastic surgery or am I stuck with this butt?
Each patient is different, and there are many ways to improve the appearance of the buttocks. If there is excess fat in the flanks or "love handles" liposuction of the flank and fat injections to the buttocks (Brazilian Buttock Augmentation) is a good choice. When there is excess skin and buttock ptosis or sagging, a buttock lift with autoprosthesis augmentation is a better choice. After a full consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon, you will be better able to decide on which procedure to undergo. From your picture, it seems that a lift with augmentation would give the optimal result.
I am a 27 year old mother of 3. I'm 5'5" and 133 lbs. Have been planning my mommy makeover for a while now and have even had a couple of consults. I am having a breast lift and implants. I was also planning a tummy tuck and it was suggested to consider a medial thigh lift as this area drives me crazy. I don't have much fat on my body, just lots of stretch marks and some saggy skin. I am not at all excited about the scars in my groin, because I've heard that they always migrate down and show, so bathing suites would be an issue. I was looking at the pics of body lifts and wondering if this would be a better option? How well does the inner thigh area get lifted? Wouldn't mind a little boost in the booty anyway... I don't mind the scar from the body lift that goes all the way around, but I don't want to do this if the thigh results aren't substantial... Any suggestions?
Circumferential body lift will provide lateral thigh lift and buttock contouring in addition to the abdominoplasty. It will not improve the medial thighs. Scar migration is a common problem but can be avoided by securing the elevation to the perisoteum of the pubic bone.
I have lose a lot of weight, I have excess skin in my lower back(along with my stomach) but for the back part bothers me the most. Is there any hope to correcting this?
If there is excess skin, it must be excised to improve the contour. A lower body lift will address the excess skin in your entire trunk, including the abdomen, lateral thighs, flanks, back, and upper buttocks. SOme of this extra skin and fat can be used as a flap to augment your buttocks at the same time. From El Paso.
