Liposuction
I researched Dr Liland after word of mouth, I reviewed his profile ,looked at his awards, and his disciplines. I arranged a consult with Maria his office assistant and from there they have been in touch with me on arranging my procedure and sealing the deal.

Liposuction
Dr. L wasn't the most personable surgeon but seemed very professional. The consult was quick, but he did a good job explaining everything and answering my questions. When he came in before the surgery to mark the locations, he seemed very focused (which is what I want the person about to operate on me to be). The staff, including the office manager and Dr. L's nurse, make up for any personality that the doctor might be missing. They went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, answer tons of question and just generally make the process easy. One thing that really impressed me is that I spoke with 3 patients in the waiting room- all of which had surgeries with Dr. L (one the day before). One lady had a breast augmentation 13 years prior and was coming to discuss another procedure. She was really happy with her BA and had great things to say about Dr. L. The other lady had previously had BA and lipo and was also happy. She was driving the 3rd lady who had a BA the day before. It was reassuring to hear actual patients talk so openly about their experience and that they highly recommended the doctor. I'll update on the results over the next few weeks as that is probably the most important factor in evaluating a surgeon.

Tumescent Liposuction
Dr. David Liland has been performing cosmetic surgeries for 29 years, so his bedside manner is a bit abrupt & to the point. After only four days there is clearly a huge difference in my appearance as well as my esteem. Friends who've I've forwarded before & after pics to are shocked to say the least at how different my body looks. For me, it wasn't so much about my actual weight, but more about my appearance & how I looked when I walked out of the door. I would rate this procedure at a 3-4 for soreness, and would definitely recommend this surgeon in the future. Now that I've been vacuumed, it's truly up to me to maintain & enhance my appearace.

Breast Implant Revision
I was an adult entertainer here in the DFW metroplex for close to 4 yrs and in that time certain sets of boobs on other girls would stand out and all had a certain look to them that I could only describe to be is the "ideal" look we as women want. Looked like they were soft to the touch, perfectly symmetrical on the body and well proportioned distance between the boobs (which could make or break a boob job) supple, and the kind that made mine not seem that nice when they were in the room. I would inquire about random nice ones and Dr. Liland has always stuck out in my mind and I made it a vow to myself to go to Dr. Liland when the time arrived and I have ZERO regrets and am pleased with myself in doing so. In the dressing room or on a stage are his walking advertisements and real life examples of his amazing work. What more did I need to know after seeing it for myself over and over. I was a believer before I ever called for my initial consultation appointment. Your search should end here but if not happy hunting and I hope you are as happy as I am after your procedure is complete. Good Luck.
