I just recently had the cool sculpting procedure done on 6-10-13, in Dallas. I had 4 areas done. The love handles, are by far, the easiest. The stomach "kicks your butt" after day 2. There is no way to explain the tingking, burning feeling that you experience. The nurse told me to expect cramps, like your period. It didn't feel like that for me, it was more of a "sharp, needle feeling" that... more
After several weeks of research and reading blogs and reviews (including this website), I decided to have the Coolsculpting procedure done. It was done on September 26th and I had four areas treated - lower and upper abdomen and flanks. The suction part at the beginning was uncomfortable, but went away about 5 minutes later. It took about 4 hours. After the procedure my stomach and flanks were... more
I'm 5'7" and 120lbs. I am fit, work out 5-6 days a week with a mixture of running and weights. I have always had a pooch and can't get rid of it. I had the small one done on my lower belly. The procedure was a bit more painful than I expected. The nurse put the contraption on and it made me feel nauseous. It soon went away with a little controlled breathing and especially after my stomach went... more
So I finally gave in and got Coolsculpting done yesterday. I am having a wedding in about 3.5months so I hope to see some great results before then! I will definitely update this as the weeks progress. I am a 23 year old girl, in fairly good condition. I work out on average, 3 days a week. I eat fairly healthy, and I am 5'9" and 154lbs. In highschool/middle school I was extremely athletic,... more
Had both love handles and the lower abs (with the large applicator) done on Apr 13. I workout regularly, eat healthy, but my lower abs always had that little pocket of fat that wouldn't go away. The clinic I went to was having a special to buy the large applicator and get the love handles free, so I went with that (definitely wouldn't mind having those done too!) Did my sides first and... more
I had Coolsculpting 3 days ago to my abdomen w/the largest treatment piece. I am not overweight but just wanted a flatter tummy w/o any surgery/incisions. I was wrong in believing the md office and Zeltiq rep. that there wouldn't be any downtime. I had it done one day during my lunch break and felt fine during the procedure-I even fell asleep! When they removed the handpiece, I experienced... more
I'm a 52-year-old, tall and slender except for tummy and love handles. I had both areas cool-sculpted seven days ago. The procedure itself was uncomfortable, but not painful. (However, when they originally put the tummy clamp on, it was very painful around my navel. They had to take it off and reapply it in a slightly different spot.) Afterwards, no problems on the love handle spots,... more
I got a coupon so it was only $1000 for both inner thighs. The attendant put a cool wet gel like cloth on my thigh and attached the device for one hour. I didn't think it was painful at all but I can handle pain well. When she took off the device my skin was very cold and stayed and the shape of the device. The attendant massaged it down. I didn't feel and tingled, it just felt... more
