I'm 5'9, 130lbs,36-A Debating 350-375cc Will 375cc Be Too Much? I Want Natural Sexy Look
With a chest size of 36, each 20 cc's of implants will be 1 cup size change. If you are an A and added 400 cc's, you would be a C. C is certainly a normal range and would look natural. However, implant size is NOT the only factor to determine the appearance of the breasts. The position of the breasts on the chest wall is just as significant. A sexy look required the implants high on the chest wall with the nipples centered. Without photographs, it is not possible to tell you whether just an implant will be enough for you to give the look you desire.

I am a 28 YO female 5'7'' & 155lbs. I have broad shoulders, wide hips, & an approx. 38'' band size w/ very little breast tissue - maybe an A cup breast. I'm having a BA on Tuesday and am debating over 425cc vs 450cc silicone gel implants. I realize the difference in volume is a matter of maybe an ounce per breast. Will this make a significant visible difference? I'd like to avoid going so big that I'd look heavy.
The difference between the 425 cc and the 450cc implants is 1/8th of a cup size. This will not be perceivable by you or the surgeon. If your goal is to avoid going too big or look too heavy then I recommend you have the surgeon decide implant size at the time of surgery. Prior to surgery you MUST convey your desires to the plastic surgeon and preferably show pictures. Then trust his/her judgement to satisfy your needs. I certainly recommend a board certified plastic surgeon.

I feel that my breast is slightly droopy,so i consulted with doctor, and he said that instead of lift, i should have implant/fat injection for more upper pole fullness. Length between my nipple to sternal notch is 23.8cm Should i have lift or augmentation ? If augmentation, which one is better, implant or fat injection?
In your case, implants are the best choice and a lift would not increase upper pole fullness, as you do not need one. I would not recommend fat grafting at this time until long term studies have proven safe.
Best wishes,
