It’s been a little over 4 months since my breast augmentation and I could not recommend Dr. piazza and his team enough. I went to over 5 different consultations in Austin/ San Antonio area and I felt like Dr. piazza was the one for me right away. He has the best manners and has so much knowledge that I felt safe in his hands. He was also realistic about expectations. We decided to go over the muscle with motiva implants 340 cc on both sides. I am very happy with the size. I was scared about implant rippling since I have a petite frame but he assured me that everything will be okay and it is! The healing process was pretty easy I was sore and tight for about 3-4 weeks but it got better each week. I would say around 5-6 weeks I felt completely normal. If I had any questions during recovery I would email a nurse and would get a response fairly quickly. I am very happy with my results, the symmetry is perfect, the shape is perfect, the crease is right where it needs to be.

I had an amazing experience with the Piazza center! Dr. Piazza and the nurses/ staff made me feel comfortable and cared for throughout the whole process (shoutout to nurse Celeste). I have had a wonderful experience with the Piazza Center. I interviewed 2 surgeons, but after meeting with Dr. Piazza I knew he was my surgeon and booked my surgery date before leaving the office. I felt like he took the time to listen to my concerns, talk me through the options and even drew a sketch of what my body looked like, then showed me a sketch of what it would look like afterwards. I am also a designer, so I felt like he really understood me in his craft and was able to take a mold and turn it into something even more beautiful. If you are modest, he is very delicate in the way he asks you to show him your body, not making you stand there completely naked, but rather only exposing the area in which you have your concerns. I appreciated that if I wasn't happy with something after my surgery, he would go back and fix it within 18 months of my original surgery for free (client still has to pay for OR room and anesthesiologist fees). He made me feel comfortable and safe leading up to my surgery. The staff at the office is amazing and incredibly quick to respond. They are all so kind, loving and un-judgemental. The office itself is beautiful and conveniently located. I can't recommend Dr. Piazza and his staff enough.

I had such a great experience with Rocco and his team - I really can't say enough good things. Not only was I very pleased with my surgery results, the approach Dr. Piazza took from the outset was extremely thoughtful and felt very bespoke and curated, instead of more "cookie-cutter" or "this is how we do this specific thing" - it really felt like he was listening and working to arrive at a recommendation that was best for my unique situation. 10/10 and have no complaints to speak of from my experience.

Dr Piazza was highly recommended by my facial cosmetic Dr. I had my implants removed March of 2023 and it was a botched procedure by a local Dr that claims to be the guru of removals. He did remove them but also botched the reconstruction, he tried a second time to repair the damage and they were even worse. I did not think there was any possible way I would ever look normal again. Then enters my hero, Dr Piazza, he reconstructed my breast and I could not be happier. If you are looking for a caring, responsive and very talented plastic surgeon I highly recommend you visit Dr. Piazza! His entire team were absolutely wonderful!

I felt like I looked pregnant after giving birth to my second child 2 years later. I wanted to feel like a woman again and not just a mom. I was nervous about getting the surgery because this was the first major surgery I ever had. I needed a plastic surgeon that was gentle, would put my mind to ease, would listen to my wants, and wouldn't try to up sale me,overwelm me with fast talking and medical jargon, or treat me like I was a walking dollar sign. I found all of that in Dr. Piazza and his staff. From the first over the phone conversation to book my consultation, I felt listened to. I was encouraged to bring my husband AND children for emotional support. At the consultation Dr. Piazza and his staff were very personable and thorough. We talked about what I wanted done and he gave me a reasonable idea of what that wold look like. I thought I needed lipo in my upper back, but he explained to me that the Shapewear I was using only made it appear that I had a lot of fat but it was just too tight. He could have just agreed with me and took my money. But after looking again when I got home he was correct. He also noticed that I had an umbilical hernia and set up a appointment with Dr. Ash in the same building. After my surgery was booked and I paid for the surgery, I was never treated like a number. Any time I called, they answered. Before surgery I was able to meet all the doctors that would be in the room for the surgery, Dr. Ash, hernia repair surgeon, and Dr. Cady, anesthesiologist. My surgery was on August 14 and everything went great. After surgery I received hand written thank you notes from all the doctors and thank you flowers from Dr. Piazza and staff. The night after the surgery, Dr. Piazza called my caregiver (my mother, to see how I was feeling; excellent bed side manners. I am now finishing up my first week of recovery and I am exceedingly happy about my results. My scar is even and low, my belly button looks natural, and I have my womanly figure back. I have and will continue to sing Dr. Piazza's praises and highly recommend him to everyone that is thinking about a tummy tuck. Best decision I made, no regrets. I will upload pictures once I can stand up more.

From the initial appointment to my 6-month post-op, I have had a great experience with Dr. Piazza and his staff. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel comfortable. I am extremely happy with my breast augmentation results. After breastfeeding for a total of 4 years, I desired natural looking, fuller breasts. Dr. Piazza gave me just that. I recommend him to anyone that asks about my breast augmentation.

Dr. Piazza and his staff are wonderful! I drove 6 hours for Aveli, he performed the procedure intraoffice. He and his staff ensured that I was comfortable during the entire process and that my driver was taken care of while I was receiving treatment. The aftercare is above and beyond with Dr. Piazza calling me himself post op. The staff remembers me and works around my schedule with follow-ups.

I, at 68 knew very little about how to piock a plastic surgeon. So...I chose a few docs with kind faces--Dr Piazza has that! Then I reviewed his patiend gallery--before and after pics. Made a consultation appt. The moment I set foot in his beautiful office, he and his assistants made me feel so comfortable by assuring me that they were there to help me achieve my surgical goals. After the surgery, and following Dr. Piazza's protocol of vitamin supplements and scar treatments, here I am 7 months after, and my scaring is minimal and all I can say is WOW when I looked at my b4 and after photos. He is definately an artist of the body, and knows how to get the results you want. Forever grateful.
