Dr. R did a PERFECT job on my breast augmentation! I am so happy with how they turned out. The whole process was better than I could have ever hoped for. Before the surgery, I was barely an A cup. Now, I wear a C cup and my breasts look natural, full, perky, etc. I get compliments all the time about how great they look in a swim suit. I would recommend him to anyone remotely interested in getting plastic surgery. The whole staff is so welcoming and sweet!

If you want a doctor who is enthusiastic about what he does, performs many breast augmentations, and shows you realistic outcomes of a variety of breast shapes, go to him. He's not a hand-holder - you have few post-op visits though quick answers to questions via email/phone - I think adding one post-op the day after would be handy and may reduce the number of tears! - but the results are fabulous.

From the very first consultation, Dr. R and his staff put my husband and I at ease. Dr. R was never too busy for us -- he was always punctual, answered all of our questions, explained the results I could expect and gave input into my different options. I met Dr. R when my almost 6-year-old son was injured in a bicycle accident. Dr. R was the plastic surgeon on-call that was called to repair his face. I was so impressed with Dr. R’s meticulous work and bedside manner that I knew he had to be my plastic surgeon as soon as I was finished having children. Two years later, I was finished nursing my third child and was ready for my “mommy makeover” from Dr. Reid; anyone who I knew I could trust with my child, I could trust to be my plastic surgeon. I had been a little nervous when considering the surgery and recovery time, but Dr. R’s wonderful staff talked in depth about the procedures and recovery with me over the phone before even coming in. They helped me feel completely comfortable. Dr. Reid has an impeccable bedside manner, which will put you further at ease. I couldn’t have been more comfortable with my decision to have surgery with him. I was kept very comfortable during my short recovery period, which was better than expected, and my results are phenomenal! I have been equally happy with all of my procedures! It took me several years to come to a decision to get my breast augmentation. I met with several doctors, but once I met Dr. R, I was hooked. Dr. R had all 3 attributes I find important in a cosmetic surgeon – he is professional, meticulous, and a perfectionist. In addition, his skill of turning his work into an art was another reason I chose him. Just simply looking at the before and after photos, one can see that Dr. R is a true artist in the cosmetic surgery field. I was so pleased with his professionalism and that of his staff as well, that I recommended him to a few of my friends who have since gone to him for their cosmetic surgery needs. When I first started this breast augmentation journey I was unsure and had anxiety issues. Which doctor to choose? Is this the right move? After extensive research all things pointed me to Dr. R. After visiting with Dr. R and his staff, I felt so relieved about the care I would be in. He & his staff explained everything about breast augmentation, I no longer had the anxiety and worry. Dr. R tells you straight up if you are a good candidate for this procedure. He tells you his thoughts on what would be good for your body frame, type. He is also a perfectionist in every way. During appointments before your surgery you get to try on the types of implants and take pictures to see realistic proportions. The before experience made me feel so much better about my decision. I'm 1 1/2 months after surgery and you wouldn't believe what a difference this has made in my life already! I couldn’t be happier with my experience with Dr. Reid and his team. I had done quite a bit a research on many plastic surgeons, including Dr. Reid, by the time I met him, but it only took minutes from meeting him to decide that he was the right surgeon for me. He is professional, yet very approachable. I felt comfortable with him instantly, and trusted him very quickly. He took the time to answer all my questions thoroughly. Perhaps most importantly, he listened intently when I expressed my expectations for the outcome. I didn’t want to go “too small” but at the same time, I wanted to get relief from my back and neck pain. Dr. Reid repeated my expectations on several occasions, including right before surgery. After the surgery, I was thrilled to see that my results were exactly what I had envisioned. In addition to my wonderful experience with Dr. Reid, I found his staff to be very attentive and friendly. During my initial research, I spoke with Mary, who was positive and encouraging, yet never pressured me in any way. At my pre-op visit, I had the pleasure of meeting Leslie, a nurse who went over the instructions for pre-op and post-op with me in detail. Her patience and reassurance helped me feel comfortable moving forward with the surgery. On the day of the surgery, the team treated me like I was their most important patient. I met several of the people who would be in the operating room, all of whom were positive and friendly. Dr. Reid came into my room with a big smile. I had visited other doctors before Dr. Reid but as soon as i went in for my initial consultation with him, I felt comfortable moving forward; I wasted no time scheduling my breast augmentation. I was extremely impressed with the care and sensitivity i was treated with by Dr. Reid throughout the entire process. Dr. Reid took the time to make sure I was completely comfortable, including allowing me to change my implant size and type THE DAY BEFORE my operation. The results are phenomenal and he has truly changed my life. I feel so incredibly confident and happy with my results. Also Dr. Reid and his nurses were able to give me helpful advice any time I needed it; I could always call Restora with my questions. The whole experience I had was great. The staff was very knowledgeable, and it is clear to me that Dr. Reid is a perfectionist from the initial impression. Everyone in the office made me feel comfortable with my decision to have a breast augmentation. I live in Houston and had already had a consult with several other doctors who said that I would have to have a breast lift and an augmentation to get the results I wanted. However, Dr. Reid completely explained that I had options and the advantages and disadvantages of having the breast lift or just the augmentation. He really listened to my goals. By the time I went for my pre-op appointment, I felt comfortable and confident with Dr. Reid and the plan we had determined. Long-story, short.. He did an amazing job. I love my result. I can't say enough about Dr. Reid and the staff at Restora Austin. From the moment I walked into the office, until my visit 6 weeks post op, every encounter was positive and I was made to feel like I was the only patient in their care. The level of attentiveness and the time they spent to make sure all of my concerns were heard and my questions were answered was a huge factor in helping me make the decision to move forward with breast augmentation. Dr. Reid's friendly bedside manner made him very approachable and easy to entrust him with the task of improving my body. I was very worried about the surgery because I didn't want to look huge afterwards, but wanted a normal and natural breast size. I am beyond thrilled with my new look and feel like Dr. Reid has given me the breasts I dreamed of. He listened to my desires and made them my new reality. Every person who has seen me since the surgery is blown away by the natural look and size of my new breasts. That is exactly what I told Dr. Reid I wanted and that is what he gave me! Dr.Reid is a wonderful surgeon! He is very professional, charismatic and generous. I chose him as my surgeon because he made me feel completely comfortable during my consultation. He tried his best to please me with the size and the outcome of what I desire in a very safe way. During my operation, he brought different sizes of silicones with him to make sure that I can get the biggest size I want without any complications :) He took his time in the surgery room to work on me. Dr. Reid is fantastic. He has a highly trained staff and they put you at ease right away. They are caring and real. If you are like me and have visited numerous Plastic Surgeons, you know what I'm talking about. I felt, at many, that I had walked into a reality show with the puffed up lips and face faces. Nobody at Restora looks this way or acts this way. They are real, talented and caring. But, the real artist here is Dr. Reid. He immediately put me at ease and made me feel like he cared about what my concerns and wishes were. He was always up front and realistic with me but here is the thing that really sold me - he was excited about his work. He reminded me of an artist that cannot wait to start on a new project. Also as a side note - I came from out of town to have my surgery so I made sure I had good family and friends to help me for that first week. If you are unsure - just go visit Dr. Reid and the girls at Restora, they will put your mind at ease.

A friend of mine recommended him after she had her surgery, nothing but thumbs up. Dr Reid is the best, not to mention he has an awesome personality, he is funny , candid and HONEST! so exactly what I was looking for. I began my breast augmentation research about 4 years ago, and spent hours pouring over before and after photos for every plastic surgeon in Austin. I have family members who have used other surgeons in town, but I was very specific about the look I wanted. Dr. Reid's patients seemed to have volume, but also the natural aesthetic, shape, and fall that I wanted. I went in for a consultation on Monday and had surgery the Thursday of the same week. His staff was very professional and made the process streamlined, seamless, and expedient. Walking into the office I felt as if I was stepping in to Z Gallerie, the plush surroundings really help to put you at ease and give the impression of a top notch, modern practice, that puts patients first. I had some debate about the size I wanted, and they were wonderful in listening to what end result I was looking for, guiding me in the right direction, and managing my expectations about the outcome along the way. I went from a 32B to 32DD; and LOVE the results. My boobs are a work of art; Dr. Reid is a genius!
