Is There a Way for Me to Have Closer Breasts Without the Aid of a Push Up Bra? (photo)
I'm 1 month PO. I adore my new breasts! I love the size and shape. They are so close to perfection. All I wish is for them to be a wee bit closer together, without the aid of a push up bra. Are larger/wider implants the only option? I would feel comfortable going slightly larger, but cost is an issue. Please note I do praise the surgeon. He is very highly renowned. I understand he's done a fabulous job & that my anatomy may be making it difficult to achieve very close breasts. Thnk you.
A: Cleavage without a braIt sounds like you already have the right concepts in mind. I tell my patients that standing cleavage (without a bra) is usually impossible to achieve and that all augmented patients should expect to continue to need a bra to attain a nice cleavage line. Larger implants or a more central dissection of your implant pockets will not improve your look. You will just look more unnatural and possibly suffer from symmastia (the appearance of connected breasts) which is very difficult to correct. You look wonderful and I am glad you are happy with the result.
Hard Asymetrical Swelling After MASC Lift Could It Be Deep Hematoma?
I am 7 days post-op MACS lift,my PS removed the bandages yesterday and i finished a course of antibiotics as of lastnight my PS said that my stitches are healing very well, however there is this really hard asymetrical swelling on my left cheek, my face looks rasymetrical and i am hoping this is due to the swelling. Is asymetrical hard swelling common after MACS lift, i havent had any bruising whatsoever after the op, how long would it take for this hard swelling and asymmetry to resolve?
A: Swelling after faceliftSevere asymmetry after a facelift is uncommon. Some swelling and firmness is normal but usually its rather symmetric. If nothing has changed since you last saw your plastic surgeon then I would say you are probably alright but as with most plastic surgeons on realself if you have a question or concern that is bothering you enough to write it here I would ask your surgeon directly as I personally would rather have a happy but swollen and newly educated patient about signs of problems than a patient with a hematoma who waited several days to tell me about it. Best of Luck. Dr. Kerr
How To Dissolve Subcutaneous Suture Contactions 2 Months Post MACS Lift?
after 2 month i still have dimples due to subcutan sutur contraction. can i make the healing process quicker? is there a method to help to dissolve them. they are very annoying....as they are 3 D, they are difficult to hide with make up....i know it's difficult to make "distant doctoring" but how long must i suffer whith them....thank you for your answers, i appreciate the precious time you attend
A: Dimples and faceliftsI agree wholeheartedly with the advice given already. Massage can help. The most important thing is communication with your surgeon and following the recommendations they give you. Best of luck. Dr. Kerr
