Can you perform Blepharoplasty for hollow lower eyelids to pull the skin upward?
In a word , yes. If the lids are "hollow" I would only remove the excess skin and not remove any fat. A good picture would help to see what is needed.
I'm Asian American and have always wanted rhinoplasty to change the shape of my nose. I want a narrower and less bulbous tip. I also have some fat on my eyelids that make them look puffy. I want to alter my features yet still keeping my ethnic look. Will I gain any benefits if I get both my nose and eyelids done at the same time? Will there be much cost savings with combining them?
Combining cosmetic procedures is done all the time in order to save time and money. I would not want to do a lower lid bleph at the same time as a rhinoplasty if an infracturing of the lateral nasal wall is planned because the swelling from this will distort the lower lid area.
I have double eyelids but the the corners of my eyes that are closest to my nose angle downwards and make me look asian. Is there any way i can make that part of my eye more upright without surgery? if not, what are my other options?
Without a picture it is difficult to see what it is you do not like about yourself. Changing the lid angle without surgery is not possible, with surgery scars would result.
You need to be evaluated by a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon.
