Q: Alternatives to Thermage for loose skin?
A:
There are multiple options available for "skin tightening", and it will depend on the location and degree of laxity you are trying to achieve:
1. Radiofrequency - Thermage, Refirme, Aluma, etc.
2. Laser - CO2, Erbium, or "Fractional" Techniques
3. Surgery - Facelift / Threadlift You should first be evaluated by a trained physician.
You may benefit from a combination of techniques, including small volume liposuction or IPL to promote new collagen formation. Chemical peels will also produce a small amount of tightening.
