I chose Dr. Retief because I thought a doctor in the posh Green Hills area would be superior. I was wrong. Green Hills Dermatology is extremely unprofessional. The cons were getting billed numerous times after I had already paid in full. Green Hills Dermatology sent repeated letters threatening about bill collection and each time I sent them a copy of the cleared check from my bank, proving I had paid in full. After more threatening letters, I went there in person and presented a copy of the cleared check in person. A male staff member got became incredibly rude and condescending instead of apologizing.
