Saline Implant Rupture After Mammogram, What Should I Do?

I feel that my saline implant is smaller and that happened a little while after my mammogram. I was given more than the normal amount of xrays due to the fact I am a breast cancer survivor.

A: deflation

The best thing to do right now is contact the surgeon that placed your implants to determine if in fact you have a deflation.

Having Trouble Examining my Breasts with Textured Implants & Capsuler Contracture, Advice?

Hi I had textured implants 310cc in fornt of the muscle a few years back, I find it very hard to examine myself for any lumps etc as I can just feel the whole textured implant which is full of lumps and bumps so im not sure what is supposed to be there and what is not. I also have capsular contracture on the right breast this is very hard but does not cause me any discomfort I cant examne this breast at all as I cant feel anything but a hard implant. Could you please give me some advice Thankyou

A: hardening

Options for capsular contracture are cutting or removing the capsule, use of a biologic mesh, or changing the implants to a submuscular pocket. A pocket change will help with the palpability of the implant as well as changing to silicone. I can not say which option is best for you....see a board certified plastic surgeon.

Which is the Ideal Breast Implant for Me, 400 Cc or 500 Cc? (photo)

I'm 5.7'' 23 years old never pregnant and i have 36B I have wide back, so my boobs look small, I want to make me a breast implant but I not sure which size is best for me. I want a full D. And like 9 years ago I was diagnosed with PCOS, so that maybe explain why my boobs are so small.

A: ideal implant

The ideal implant is the one that fits your body's size and tissue charateristics. This can not be determined on line. A 500cc implant would not be ideal if it exceeds the ability of your tissue to cover it and leads to a higher rate of problems.
