I have consulted a board certified PS & am in process of scheduling the surgery. Dr. has said for perkiest look go for a full lift w/ augmentation, and for a more natural look go with a donut lift w/ augmentation. Below are photos of the look I'm after & my own breasts. I know "perky" and "natural" have different definitions depending on each person. Which lifting would bring mine to the same position and shape? I know all breasts are different, I am simply going for that "style" in the pics
In my opinion you would do best with silicone gel breast implants (lighter and less rippling) under 350cc in volume and lollipop patter breast lifts combined with areola reductions (giving you more attractive smaller radius areolae).
In my opinion, circumareolar ("Benelli") breast lift are overly applied and abused and combining them with an implant often results in a suboptimal, classic "done" look; a pushed-in flattened breast top with a pulled, widened, sometimes bizarre looking areolas (due to the forward push of the implant and gravity on the nipple and the sutures around its periphery.

My sister is having a tummy tuck and lipo to the waist and abdomen. 1 week after that she will then have a breast lift and lipo to the back. Is this safe? Her PS explains that as she has to get a lot of lipo then it will be safer to do the 2 surgeries separate. Thank You for your answers.
Thank you for your question. I think the reason surgery is being separated is because there is a limit to how much liposuction can be performed in the state of Florida when it is combined with other surgeries.
I usually separate cosmetic surgical sessions by a minimum of six weeks, sometimes 3 months. I have no data that suggests waiting a week is unsafe. It is just nice to give people some time to recover and wait for the bruising and swelling to go down. That way, if any refinement needs to be done on the first surgery, it can be easily done at the second surgery.
It is a judgment call on the part of her surgeon. I hope this helps.
Somehow my breast have become droopy, saggy, and completely different. I was thinking of getting the surgery to lift them...any advice? I want them to be perky and higher...is this possible with breast like mine? :)
You do have significant breast asymmetry and sagging. What you need to consider would be: is making the breasts perkier and more similar in size and shape worth having the permanent scars required to accomplish this change. If you decide to proceed, look at the website of The American Society of Plastic Surgeons - wwwplasticsurgeryorg. ALL of its members are certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery.
You would benefit from a Breast Lift Procedure. If you are happy with the results, you need not go further. But if you wanted to make the breasts more symmetrical you may benefit from various size breast implants. Discuss it with a good Plastic surgeon and understand your options.
