My surgeon in Thailand has suggested: polyurethane, round shaped, high profile, 325 and 350 cc implants to be placed subfascial using the breast fold incision. NB: I requested the polyurethane cover implants. I have added a photo of my breasts and a photo of the breasts I VERY much desire. I am in love with them! (image found on the internet-public domain) Thank you :)
Whil Australia is teeming with great Plastic surgeons I do understand the attraction of cheaper Cosmetic surgery overseas. However, I would advise your exercise a lot of caution. Polyurethane implants were taken off the market in the US because of multiple safety concerns and they will never be used here again. Before subjecting yourself to such implants and life long expensive corective revision surgery, please do more reading on this topic.
I'm currently scheduled to participate in the Allergan 410 clinical trial, receiving 5th generation Cohesive Gel implants next month. I'm 25, a 5'4.5, 110 pound, slender woman with little breast tissue to start, a 34AA. Because of my breast diameter, I'm limited to a 220gms/FF implant. I'm concerned this will only bring me to a small or mod. B cup. I'd like to be closer to a small C. The first two photos are of me, the second two of what I'd like to be. How far off am I? Thanks for responses!
I realize just how frustrating it must be to NOT be able to visualize your augmented breast size. But, due to the fact there is NO bra cup standardacross the industry and breast implant shells create differently shaped breast implants which, even with similar volumes, result in different breast shap, makes it ethically impossible to predict a cup size based on implant type.
That being said, the fact that your surgeon educated you to the fact that your AA breasts limits your implant choice to a specific size implant tells me you picked an ethical and experienced surgeon. The fact that he/she participates in the Allergan 410 clinical trials implies that he is BOTH experienced and nationally recognized.
Rather than aspiring for something that is not achievable without compromising the outcome rest assured you picked the right surgeon and will have the largest most attractive breasts achievable under your circumstances.
44DD Pre-op and Had a Lift and Aug with Saline 960cc Mod Plus Implants Now I'm a 44DDD. im 34 5'6 and 200lbs, with 2 kids. i wanted to go to a full size F with upper pole fullness and the high fake look, with the round look at the top of my breast. i look saggy and small with no upper fullness and my breast have no roundness up top. i want to go ALOT bigger in the future but i'm wondering what happened and why did my breast turn out like this??? Please help!!
You started with large (44DD) AND sagging breast which were "treated" with the largest non-custom saline breast implants on the market inflated to 960 cc (2.1 pounds) per breast and had a breast lift which surprisingly did not last. It left you with sagging 44DDD sagging breasts without upper pole fulness.
You are frustrated and you ask emotionally ask: "what happened and why did my breast(s) turn out like this?" Do you think you may have any role in your outcome or is it juust the fault of the Plastic surgeon who gave you what you asked for?
And now, when you spent a lot of money to get a substandard result what you you ask for ? " I want to go ALOT bigger in the future"...
Look around you, and point to one living being which is immune to the effects of aging, weight and gravity. They do not call it the LAW of Gravity without a reason. If a feather or a speck of dust falls to the ground. WHY would a 2 pound weight float up like a helium balloon?
So - what is the solution to large, heavy, sagging breasts? A Breast Reduction.
If you want large breasts you must accept the certainty that any upper pole fullness will be short lasting and the breasts will sag.
Think about it. I realize it is a frustrating and hard choice but it is the truth.
