Researched doctors in my area, RealSelf and other public rating websites, asked friends, then set up consultations with at three different doctors. Dr. Burgdorf really impressed me, during my consultation, my surgeries, and after care. Dr. Burgdorf and his staff are very professional and compassionate about care. They answered all my questions and concerns, offered several options and allowed me to make my own decisions. I really felt as though they were on my "journey" with me, rather than just a part of it. I recommend Dr. Burgdorf and his staff highly.

I am Dr. Burgdorf's patient care coordinator. After being in consultations with him and seeing the results our patients are getting, I decided to have the procedure myself. I was extremely confident in him and his expertise. He is an excellent surgeon and walked me through every step of the process so that I felt prepared and excited for my surgery.

Dr. Burgdorf performed my breast reduction, and the entire process from first consult to 3month follow up has gone very smoothly, which is especially excellent considering that Dr. Burgdorf changed practices between consult and surgery. He worked hard to make sure everything was set with his new practice in time for my surgery because the date I selected was not flexible. He and his staff took care of everything, and I didn't have to reschedule. The payment and insurance process has also been handled very well by his staff, which means no stress and headaches over claims for me! I also really appreciated his kind, but frank manner. He made sure that I understood my procedure and that I knew what to expect throughout the process, which also helped keep me stress free. I'm very satisfied with my results (the girls are great!), and have had a great experience with this doctor and his staff!

I interviewed several doctors prior to my surgery and so I can compare my office experiences and appointments to the others I met with. Dr. Burgdorf was above and beyond greater than the other plastic surgeons I interviewed! I "shopped" around for a plastic surgeon and I am so happy that I chose him. Many doctors I interviewed prior to my surgery made me feel rushed and unimportant. Their staff would do all of the work and they didn't spend any time with me. Dr. Burgdor, however, was the opposite! He spent a lot of time with me at every appointment and made me very comfortable. I never felt rushed or as if my questions weren't important as I did at other consultations with other doctors I was interviewing. I highly recommend Dr. Michael Burgdorf! I got EXACTLY what I wanted with fantastic results!

I don't lie...he is that awesome. My surgeon recommened him for breast reconstruction. Dr. Michael Burgdorf has been excellent with dealing with my case. Not only did I have a double mastectomy I have had Multiple Sclerosis for 20+ years. I was very scared but his bed side manner and expertise was very comforting. Without Dr. Burgdorf by my side I wouldn't have done as well as I have. He spent time with me and explained everything he would be doing. This experence has changed my life forever and Dr. Burgdorf helped make it a wonderful experience. I will definately recommend Dr. Burgdorf and I will use him again for any further needs.
