Functionally excellent, at 37 I could finally breathe through my nose for the first time. However, my cosmetic surgeon was a joke. He IS board certified. I had a rhinoplasty at 17 to correct a birth deformity type nose which left me with very, very flared nostrils, a low bridge, and a super wide tip.
