Had my surgery on Nov 19 so I will be six weeks post op tomorrow. Overall, my healing process was phenomenal.. the first week was by far the worst as expected, but after that, just a lot of soreness, but very tolerable. Dr Orseck has been amazing from the start and so has all of his care team. I lost 100 pounds after getting the gastric sleeve and had a lot of excess skin I needed to removed and also wanted my breast lifted and fuller. I had a lift with 310 cc moderate profile under the muscle, tummy tuck with muscle repair and lipo of my flanks. I am very happy with my results so far., but anxious to see the overall outcome because I am still swollen a lot.

Dr. Orseck is the best plastic surgeon! I am two weeks post-op after a tummy tuck, liposuction on flanks and breast lift. My results are incredible! I wish I could rate him higher than 5 stars. He was honest, straight forward and realistic about what he could do. This set my mind at ease about the procedures. His nurses are top notch as well, Lauren and Heather-Gail have been amazing! They are caring and extremely helpful. If you are considering any type of plastic surgery, you should go to Dr. Orseck!! I am 52 and can not believe how well I look!! Over the years, after weight-gain, weight-loss and breastfeeding my children, my breasts looked like deflated balloons, especially when laying flat on my back. I became extremely self conscious by their appearance and uncomfortable in my own body. So, I decided to look into plastic surgeons in and around my area ... 5+ years ago. Yes, it took me that long to work up the courage to go for it. After a lot of research (and I mean a lot!) I went with doctor Orseck. Since I felt my breasts were too small, I wanted very large breasts. I was advised that 400-ish (I forget the exact cc's recommended) would be suitable but I wanted them bigger than that. I picked the Natrelle moderate profile 685 cc implants. The results, just days in, are amazing! Everything about this experience has been really great. As a surgeon, Dr. Orseck was very professional, yet personable. I also have to give a shout-out to the ladies that work in his office as well. They were all very kind, especially Lauren. I highly recommend this surgeon for anyone looking for someone who does amazing work and listens to what YOU want to see. *I don't see many 685 cc implant reviews, so I will post an updated picture once my breasts drop and fluff. Updated on 14 Jul 2023: I'm four weeks out from surgery and the recovery process has been going great. I followed all instructions given and had no complications. *throws out that terrible wedge pillow* I can sleep on my back again! I do sometimes feel achy if I 'over do' it but the occasional soreness (extremely mild) is working its way out daily. Just listen to your body. My incisions are completely closed and just barely noticeable... Only noticeable if they're looked for, honestly. I'm very pleased with that aspect, since I'm still early on in the recovery process. Both of my breasts are already softening and becoming more 'squishable' by the day. Not to be crass, but I have shown them to close friends and they are blown away by the look and feel of them. My best friend tried finding an 'edge' to them and failed. She is now seriously considering a breast augmentation for herself, through Dr. Orseck. Other details: * I stopped wearing my breast band at the four week mark. Before that, I wore a breast band 24/7 and only removed it to shower * I opted to go above the muscle, as opposed to below (just my personal choice) * I have massaged my breasts daily since the 1 week mark * I cannot feel the implant. By this, I mean the 'edge of the implant'. I know that some women (elsewhere online) complain about that with larger implants, especially when placed above the muscle. Dr. Orseck made sure that I had the natural breast tissue required to go above the muscle. If I didn't have the breast tissue required to go above, I would have went below, per his professional opinion. I also researched the pro's and con's of implant placement before setting up my consultation. * I have used the scar treatment given but I also put sunscreen on the incision area of both breasts, when outdoors, even when they are not exposed to the sun. I do this to prevent hyperpigmentaion. I don't know if this actually helps but I do it for peace of mind since I am naturally fair-skinned Lastly... * Ignore the toothpaste, I now realize is splashed on my mirror. I have little ones. lol I will continue to post updates until my final result

I relied heavily on real self reviews when I preparing for my mommy make over (tummy tuck, breast lift (no implants) and lipo of flanks). so it’s only fair I let y’all in on my experience. I had the procedure yesterday, I was nervous but the hospital staff was great and took good care of me. I didn’t get home til 7:30pm and just moving to the bed or to pee was painful but by 4am I was getting up by myself to do it all and emptying my drains. it’s day one and I haven’t taken my suit off completely but i’m aleady so excited for my new body. my tummy is so flat even though i’m swollen, also with the tummy tuck your mons pubis area is flattened and lifted (it looks awesome) boobs are lifted and sitting perky. I will keep updating as time goes on. I had lipo with orseck 6 years ago and bounced right back, so hopefully this works out like that too Updated on 7 Mar 2023: I’m really shocked at how well i’m doing. The burning (from the cuts) is actually the worse part. but you quickly learn how to move to get up and avoid pain and the most comfortable position (that truly was awful day 1). I can wait to see the actual cuts they are still bandaged in original bandages. should be changed on my next post op (day 7). it is very uncomfortable to change garment suit but it’s something i’m able to do alone. i’m actually able to take care of myself completely and hubby is all with the kids! truly amazed at week one.

Dr. Orseck is truly a master of his craft! I’m a former patient of his and absolutely obsessed with my results from day one of having my procedure done. I have always been self conscious of my stomach in clothes and especially in a bathing suit. After having two kids 20 years ago and have always worked out and took care of my body, I knew I wanted a change! His attention to detail and patient care are unrivaled. His doctor notes blew me away with how detailed he was while I was under his care in surgery and explained everything for me to review after! Dr. Orseck and his staff are over the top in caring, understanding and obviously made it clear that they hold no judgement. From my consultation to my post-operation, I received top of the line care and results that I have always dreamed of! It’s no mystery why he is voted best of the best and highly recommended!!! I had a consult about a few procedures I planed on doing and Dr. Orseck and his team were extremely caring and patient. As a registered nurse myself I went to MULTIPLE consults and looked at many reviews before making a decision. August 22, 2022 I had tummy tuck, breast lift with augmentation and lipo by Dr. Orseck. His technique was beyond my expectations. They are the best in the Upstate hands down!!! Do not hesitate to use Dr. Orseck his work is phenomenal!!!! Updated on 6 Sep 2022: Pod 1-6 pictures added. Every day my incisions are healing it’s amazing what our bodies do. I can not thank Dr. Orseck and his team for all of their hard work on me. Pod 1-3 were mainly taking prescribed pain meds and sleeping. Pod 4-6 I began really getting around the house more lightly cleaning helping my boys with their homework.... fatigued after about an hour and a half and had to rest. Updated on 6 Sep 2022: Every single day I see shuttle little changes and get so excited. I know this healing journey will be 6-12 months but to see how our bodies heal so flawlessly .... it’s amazing! That is if you follow your surgeons strict instructions as I did with Dr. Orseck.

I had my surgery today and I can't say anything short of amazing for my experience and the treatment received. Dr. Orseck is unbelievable; truly the greatest of all time (he is the GOAT!). His staff (from Brandi, to the RN Kayla, and the ladies in the office - they are the sweetest ever.) Highly recommend! I know I still have to recover since today is day 1 BUT from the moment I had my meeting with him, I knew he was the one. I'll update this post with pics as soon as I'm able to snap photos! Updated on 12 May 2022: 1 week post op; bandages are finally off! Pasted little bandaids over small areas just to make sure they are covered and okay. I am in love with my results and can’t wait to see myself 6 months later. If you are hesitant about choosing Dr. Orseck as your doctor, don’t think twice! Do it. This man has changed my life - literally.

Dr. Orseck and his staff have been amazing through the entire process of my mommy makeover. They are through and explain everything that is going on. Dr. Orseck makes the time to ask what you want, then makes recommendations based on your body and what will help you look your best. His nursing and front office staff are so nice and helpful. They make sure to know and review patient files before you come in.
